Item No 01:- Demolition of cement concrete un reinforced in ground floor and paving n exc 15cm thick (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

Item No 2 :- Dismantling floor, walls, roof tiles including bedding but not backing and rubbish off permises complete all as specified and directed.

Item No 03 : M&L for Treatment of soil under existing floors using emulsion @ one litre per hole, 300mm apart including drilling and plugging 12mm dia holes with cement mortar 1:2 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand ) to match the existing floors complete all as specified and directed.

Item No 04 : M&L for Treatment of soil along the external wall below concrete or masonry apron using chemical emulsion @ 2.25 litres per linear metre including drilling and plugging holes etc. in apron, complete all as specified and directed.

Item No 05 : M&L for screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15 mm thick for laying floor finishes in CM 1:6 for laying of floor tiles complete all as specified and directed.

Item No 06 : M&L for 25 mm thick cement concrete (1:2:4), type B-0, using 12.50 mm graded aggregate as in floors for receiving kota/tiles complete all as specified and directed.

Item No. 07 - M&L Machine cut, mirror polished kota stone slab flooring 18-20mm thick over cement screed base laid and jointed with grey cement slurrymixed with pigment to match theshade of the slab including rubbingand polishing complete incl 20 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Item No. 08 - M&L Machine cut Kota stone slab flooring 18-20mm thick as in riser, steps & skirting, over cement mortar laid and jointed with gray cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab incl rubbing, polishing & rounding to edges complete incl 10 mm thick plaster in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Item No. 09 - M&L for makrana white marble work 18 to 20 mm thick in steps, jambs, pillars, windowcills, cooking platforms, borders/mofits and like incement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with marble complete.

Item No 10 : M&L for joint free non skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exc 0.11 sqm and not exceeding 0.18 sqm in floors etc set & jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with white or coloured cement to match complete all as specified and directed.

Item No 11 : M&L for glazed ceramics coloured tiles of size 450x300x7mm thick in vertical surfaces such as skirting/dados/wall, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Item No 12 :- M&L for 10 mm thick plaster in cement mortar 1:4 for fixing of wall tiles complete all as specified and directed.

Item No. 13 :- Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc complete all as specified and directed.

Item No. 14 :- M&L Brick work with sub class 'B' bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Item No. 15 :- M&L for 50 mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C2 using 20mm graded stone aggregate, as in plinth protection finishing even & fair wothout using extra cement laid in bays with construction 6mm thick joints should be filled with bitumen 80/100 gde and three part of sand (all by weight) complete all as specified and directed.

Item No. 16 - M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in hold fast including necessary form work etc complete all as specified and directed.

Item No 17 : Taking down cement plaster on wall/ceiling /roof etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water complete all as specified and directed.

Item No. 18 :- M&L for rendering on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface of wall 15mm thick in CM 1:6 and to be finished even and smooth with out using extra cement complete all as specified and directed

Item No. 19 :- M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in CM (1:4) in two layers (1st layer 10 mm thick rendering coat and 2nd layer 5 mm thick finishing coat) on brick work or concrete surfaces, second layer (finishing coat) mixed with liquid water proofing compoud @200ml /50 Kg bag of cement as per manufacturer's instructions and finished the surfaces even and fair wothout using extra cement complete. Note: Liquid WPC will be measured and paid separately.

Item No 20 :- Supply only liquid water proofing compound, ISI marked.

Item No 21 :- Taking down chowkats or frames not exc 1.5 Sqm each with shutters ( with out taking off shutters from the frames) incl making good the disturbed portion complete all as specified and directed.

Item No 22 :- Taking down chowkats or frames exc 1.5 sqm but not exc 4.0 Sqm each with shutters ( with out taking off shutters from the frames) incl making good the disturbed portion complete all as specified and directed.

Item No 23 : Taking down shutter of any description not exc 1 sqm each and removing to store.

Item No 24 : Cutting holes in brick walls exc half brick but not exc full brick built in cement mortor for inserting hold fasts cutting and preparation of brick wall for insertion of doors windows & ventilator and making good dismantled portion in cement mortar 1:3 etc complete all as specified and directed.

Item No 25 : S&F 35 mm thick 2nd class hardwood glazed and skeleton shutters, open rebated and prepared to receive glass, gauze etc (with sash bars) edges of framing plain chamfered or rounded fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing glass etc fitted to chowkhats for doors etc complete all as specified and directed.

Item No. 26 :- S&F Anodised aluminium frame with power coating (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) for doors, windows, ventilators with one or more rebates including joining cleat for fixing etc. complete all as specified complete all as specified and directed.

Item No. 27 :- S&F Factory made 35 mm thick Plain framed, panelled shutter (two panel) with lock rail and panel of 9 mm B.W.P. commercial ply or 12 mm veneered particle board with commercial veneering on both faces and size of the members of shutter are per IS : 1003 (Part I), kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treated 2nd class hardwood rail and style complete all as specified and directed.

Item No. 28 :- S&F mild steel framed work such as grills, gratings etc with ends of bars shouldered and / or riveted or forged into spikes, framed guard bars, barred iron doors, ladders, framed balusters, walkways, railings,frame work of watertanks and similar work conforming to Fe -290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

Item No 29 : S&F pressed steel frames of size 105 mm x 60 mm for doors with one or more rebates including necessary fixing lugs, hinges, lock strike plate, etc complete all as specified and directed.

Item No. 32 :- S & F for solid PVC door frame of size 50x47mm made out of 5 mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with MS square tube, supplied and fixing in opening as specified and shown on drawing complete all as specified and directed

Item No. 33 :- S & F factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30 mm thick style consisting of frame made out of MS tube for top and bottom rails. Item No. 101 :- Dismantling of plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness, including Nainital or similar pattern roof coverings complete all as speified and directed

Item No. 102 :- Dismantling of asbestos cement (corrugated, semicorrugated, etc.) sheets in roofcovering complete all as speified and directed

Item No. 103 :- Pre-painted galvalume zinc coating GI based corrugated, steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 MPA as in roof covering /cladding to wall, including ridge of same colour fixed with self tapping screws as specified.

Item No. 104 :- Pre-painted galvalume zinc coating GI based Plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 MPA as in roof covering /cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified.

Item No. 105 :- Providing, cement concrete type B0 1:2:4 using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate as in roof kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges complete all as specified and directed.

Item No. 106 :- Dismantling of ceiling board with fittings and any description including cover fillets complete all as specified and directed.

Item No 107 : M & L for false ceiling at all height of 600x600x15mm mineral fibre ceiling tiles micro looks edge laid on supe fine XL 15mm exposed grid systems with 15 mm wide T-section flanges. The frame work comprisesof main runner of size 15x32x3000mm spaced at 1200mm centre securing fixed to the structural soffits by approved hangers at 1200mm maximum centers. Hangers (GI wire of 4.0 mm dia) tobe fixed by approved roof plug, level adjusters and screws etc. The last hanger at the end of each main runner should not be greater than 450mm from the adjacent wall flush fitting 1200mm long cross tees of size 15x26x1200mm to interlocked between main runners at 600mm centers to form a 1200mm x 600mm module. Cut cross tees longer than that 600mm to be supported independently 600mmx600mm modules to be formed by fitting 600mm long flush fitting cross tees f size 15x26x600mm centrally between the 1200mm cross tees perimeter wall angle of size 19x19x3000mm secured to wall at 450mm maximum centers. Finally mineral fibre tile 15mm thick micro look edge has to be laid on the 600mm x 600mm module complete all as specified and directed

INTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION

Item No. 108 :- Taking down copper / aluminium point wiring (light, fan, bell, socket or power) complete including fixture and fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendent, regulators, sockets, light fitting etc. Removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody or for taking credit (credit a for above items should be made as per condition seperately) and making good distrubed surfaces of walls, floors etc complete all as specified and directed.

Item No. 109 :- Taking down old/unserviceable distribution board by disconnection of electric connection carefully SPN DBs/TPN / Main Switch including old unserviceable MCCBs /MCBs, Isolators, etc and making good to disturbed surface all as specified and directed at site.

Item No. 110 :- Taking down carefully copper/aluminium Sub main wiring of any size from surface /concealed /existing conduit of any height and removing materials at size and making good disturbed surfaces of walls,floors roofs etc complete all as specified and directed.

Item No. 111 :- Taking down ceiling fan/exhaust fan of any sweep after disconnecting all necessary electrical connections from ceiling rose to fan, fan blades and deposit to MES store yard of AGE (I) Pachmari complete all as specified and directed.

Item No. 112 :- M&L for point wiring with Sqmm single core PVC insulated unsheathed copper FRLSH multi stranded conductor cable in and including concealed PVC conduit of size 20/25mm ISI marked inclusive of tees bend, elbows etc upto and including sunk in anodized pressed steel box 1.6 mm thick, 60mm deep for housing switch socket etc with white laminated 3 mm thick sheet cover ISI marked of suitable size complete including PVC insulated multi stranded copper conductor 1.5 Sq mm FRLSH cable as earth wire to common earth dolly for connection to ceiling rose to earth terminal incl cutting, chasses and making good disturbed surface to match with existing finish with plaster for complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge for following:-

(a) One light point controlled by one, one way switch 5 Amps

(b) One fan point/exhaust fan point controlled by one, one way switch 5 Amps and regulator

(c) One 3 pin 5 Amps switch socket outlet point controlled by one switch on the same board.

(d) One 3 pin 5 Amps switch outlet point controlled by one switch on independent board.

Item No. 113 :- All as per item No 112 but using 2.5 sq mm single core copper conductor cable of multistranded FRLSH PVC insulated unshealthed 1100 volts grade for 5/15 amps switch socket cobmination point including necessary running of 2.5 sq mm copper conductor FRLSH PVC wire as earth continuity conductor along with wiring and connecting to the common eath dolly.

Item No. 114 :- S&F switch Piano type single pole 5 amp, 230 Volts complete all as specified and directed at site.

Item No. 115 :- S&F socket outlet 2 in 1, 5 pin, 5 amp, 230 Volts complete all as specified and directed at site.

Item No. 116 :- S&F socket outlet 2 in 1, 5 pin, 5/15 amp, 230 Volts complete all as specified and directed at site.

Item No. 117 :- S&F for Ceiling rose, surface Bakelite with 3 terminals, ISI marked for batten fitting complete all as specified.

Item No. 120 :- M&L for Sub main wiring with approved colour coding as per IS with two single core PVC insulated FRLS cable with stranded copper conductor of size 6 Sqmm nominal area and drawing into suitable size of PVC non metallic rigid heavy duty PVC conduit of white/ivory colour and its accessaries ISI marked heavy duty of suitable size including concealed in wall etc one run of PVC insulated with 6.0 Sqmm (nominal area) stranded copper conductor FRLS cable as earth wire complete all as specified and as direced. (Note:- Two runs of 6 sqmm cable, one run of 6 sqmm cable and one run of PVC conduit will be measured as one unit)

Item No. 121 :- S&F for sheet metal enclosure MCB DB TPN 4 way Vertical type with 200 Amps rated bus bar 415 volts double door with magnitic locking system including necessary provision for inserting the DBs in wall by cutting the brick/stone masonary etc and making good of distruebed surface to match with existing colour of wall complete all as specified and as directed.

Item No. 134 :- S & F for Energy efficient exhaust fan of 300 mm sweep made of metal body Ventil Air -DS type complete with louver with bolts nuts and washers size of the bolt 15 Cm long 12 mm dia embedded in the wall including provision of PVC flexible copper cable of size 23/0.0076 two core from ceiling rose to exhaust fan for connection and making suitable size of hole to existing brick for fan base complete all as specified and directed.
