Repair/maintenance of old unserviceable burnt out 11 KV Resin cast CTs (Indoor type) copper wounding ratio 100-50/5+5, class 1.0, 5P, 10 burden as per IS - 2705 including taking out and disconnectin necessary connection complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Aluminium conductor steel reinforced (ACSR) as in over head conductor fixed to insulators mounted on HT poles/Bus bars with aluminium tapes for binding complete all as specified & as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of paint complete including dismantling existing rusted sections all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for servicing of 11 HT panel , detection of defective components, replacement of worn out parts and servicing/ cleaning of mechanical components after drawout of VCB trolly and Testing for smooth operation manual/ remote after caliberation of relay trough OEM of VCB/Test wing of UPPCL and resetting & generation of testing report by the primary injection set for 11 KV VCB for OC/EF ,parameter of relay setting for healthy system, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: Worn out spare parts shall be measured and paid separately

S&F in repair/replacement of spring charging motor suitable of 11 KV VCB 110 V-230 Volt AC supply for the opening and closing of contacts complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and laying or fixing jointing and testing 11 KV (E) system XLPE insulated, screened , PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables ISI 7098 marked with aluminium conductor, 11000 Volts ( earthed), laid under floor/ground or fixed on wall complete of cable size 120 Sqmm 3 core complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L disconnecting and taking down old unserviceable cable of any description and capacity and M&L for on existing poles of Arial Bunched cable 11 KV grade, stranded and compact aluminium phase conductor of size 95 sqmm, 3 core (bare messenger/conductor) with aluminium alloy. The phase conductor should be insulated with XLPE Sioplas compound complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- The rated quoted shall be deemed to include the cost of fittings such as anchor clamps, suspension clamps, in line connectors, service clamps, insulation piercing connectors, tapping from bare lines etc. and nothing extra shall be admissible on this account.

NOTE:- Item rate quoted including required T&P/Refixing & Refilling in the panel/pole.

M & L for handling, transportation of transformers of capacity up to 400 KVA of any make, model & type including hoisting, taking down from pole (pole mounted) or plinth mounted by any means mechanically pulley/mechanical crane, transportation to workshop for repair/maint. Reinstallation of Transformer in position pole mounted/plinth mounted including connecting all cable, earth lead, clamps and channels etc as per site requirement all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L labour only for opening of top cover and allied parts of transformer of capacity up to 1000 KVA lifting of Core for repair , preheating charges for copper coils, assy of core coil assy including assy of copper coils, Tapping connections , insulation on Tap leads with insulation paper ,star connection by new EC grade copper on HV & LV side , Baking charges for transformer job for each proper IR value in vacuum Chamber ( Auto Clave ) , refitting of HV / LV bushing and transformer accessories with top cover, M& L for painting of transformer tank having hot oil resistant paint inside complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- (i) If any damage to transformer/OH line/cables occur during handling, transportation or during hoisting/lifting, the same will be rectified by the contractor without any extra cost to the department. (ii) spare parts required at work shop like trasformer oil, core winding etc shall be measured and paid seperately under respective items of schedule.

M&L for changing of Old / Burnt Copper HV winding by new EC grade copper coils with complete including insulation material of transformer complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for changing of Old / Burnt Copper LV winding by new EC grade copper coils including striping out of Insulation of LV Windings and reinsulation of Coil with insulating material of transformer for any type and capacity of transformers complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L transformer oil having di-electric strength of 40 to 60 KV as per IS complete for top up/ replacement all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. (Oil should be supplied in sealed barrel of Power/Transol brand) Note: oil shall be filled in the transformers/stabilizers to be repaired or installed at site at different locations.

M & L for dehydration/Filteration of transformer oil at site by means of centrifuging machine in order to improve dielectric strength of oil as per IS-355. Breakdown voltage should not be less than 50 KV complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for disconnecting the transformer of capacity up to 400 KVA indoor/outdoor from HT/LT side carefully at site, for top overhauling of transformer dismantling carefully and removing primary and secondary terminals, top cover, conservator tank, neutral earth strips and draining out transformer oil to the required level and storing carefully in cleaned containers, cleaning of terminals, supply and replacing the 5 mm thick rubberised cork sheet gasket for tank top cover, repair of transformer oil leakages from HT/LT bushing,and reassembling the complete, reconnecting the HT/LT supply cable ends at the site and testing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : (i) If any damage to transformer/OH line/cables occur during handling, transportation or during hoisting/lifting, the same will be rectified by the contractor without any extra cost to the department. (ii) Spare parts required at site shall be measured and paid seperately under respective items. (iii) If T&P for lifting of material is required at site deemed to incude as unit rate.

Supply and fix LV porcelain bushing of transformer 1.1KV/250 Amp with metal parts brass as per IS 3347 part-III and 4 Nos hexagonal nuts, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for Cleaning of the area with removing the green grass patches /Bushes/small ornamental plants/herbs from the complete area of 33 KV receiving station with suitable T&P and covering the area with suitable peables of suitable size dressing/cleaning the area complete and afterwards sparying the complete area with suitable herbicide to stop the growth of weeds and grass as desired and directed by Engr-in-charge. ( Note: the complete Job will be done only after taking proper shut down of 33 KV HT Line. Shut Down will provided by the Dept. with Liasion of SED.) Note: Rate of cleaning of area to be done once in a three months is seemed to be included in quoated rate.

Preparation of old painted surface and painting of steel tubular HT poles 11 mtr long from bottom to top incl all iron structure in Zebra pattern 30 cm wide, with synthentic enamelled paint in black and yellow colour up to 1.2 metre height from pedestal, including painting of steel structure, cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps and back plates (all metalic parts) of Steel Tubular pole complete, with two coats of Spray aluminium paint including preparation of old painted steel surfaces with zinc oxide primer with including writing letters/ numbers in both side of pole MES,LT/HT and pole No complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundation of pole / for ducting/LT Panel with necessary form work complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge.

M&L for type PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) in coping etc for pole / ducting/LT Panel including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge.

supply and pouring of RoHS tested Earth Enhancement Compound after mixing with water tested by NABL accredited lab in compliance to IEC 62561-7 or its latest IEC code with a resistivity <0.12 ohm -m. It shall be free from bentonite and other hazardous substance , It shall be a permanent, non corrosive material and will not leach any chemical into the ground. It shall retain moisture even in highsoil resistivity areas. complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles with the help of insulator or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc and provision of brass/copper nuts, bolts washers etc wherever required and making joints as required 20x3 mm copper strip complete all as specified and directed by Enginer-in-Charge.

M & L for brazing/Welding work with GI brazing/Welding alloy rod with the help of oxygen and LPG cylinder using required Galvanised Iron of size 20 mm x 3 mm upto 30 cm length along with cleaning work of strip with descaling solution/emery paper all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for brazing/Welding work with copper/Welding alloy rod with the help of oxygen and LPG cylinder using required Copper of size 20 mm x 3 mm upto 30 cm length along with cleaning work of strip with descaling solution/emery paper all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Excavation in trenches in any type of soil not exceeding 1.5 mtr deep and not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide for laying of cables, RCC poles/stays and struts etc or /getting out cable cover and stacking for reuse/ credit , trimming sides and forming bottom surface all as specified and directed at site.

Returning, filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removing surplus excavated soil nexc 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level n-exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for dry sand cushioning to underground cables with 8 cm thick before laying of cables and 15 cm thick after laying and stretching of Cable complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : Only punned thickness i.e. 18 CM shall be measured and paid.

Supply and laying un-reinforced precast concerete cable caver, class HVP, type 2 flat size 250mm xm 150mm x 40 mm for covering to under ground cable laid flat transversally width equal to the lenth of the cable complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L SF6 gas for rifilling in electrical switchgears including disconnecting and refixing the same after complete the job complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : Cost of T&P shall be inclusive as unit rate.

S&F in repair/replacement of HT 11 KV tape 20mm width and 25 Mtr length in different colour complete all as specifed and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
