Supplying, fabricating, erecting and fixing in position at all levels, centering and shuttering to correct line and levels including strutting, propping, etc., with necessary bracings in all axes to give a stable assembly with provision for making the joints in the shuttering fully leak proof and with provision for fixing coil nuts with tie rods along with suitable channel for lateral supports and for inserts, projecting dowels, anchor bolts or any other fixture, including staging, access and working platforms etc., all complete as specified and directed including dismantling and removing the aforesaid assembly after the concrete attains the sufficient strength to self-support itself without cracking and distortion all as per specification, including all materials and labour complete in all respects at all lifts. The measurement for the formwork will be the actual area of forms in contact with concrete surfaces. Shuttering with plywood panels alone will be permitted.

Providing straightening, decoiling wherever necessary bending, cutting, binding and fixing in position steel reinforcement TMT bars of Fe550D grade steel conforming to IS:1786 and tying with approved annealed binding wire of 1.6mm dia in all reinforced cement concrete work at all lifts, including cost of supplying and fixing the spacer/cover blocks and binding wire complete all as per specification and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge at all lifts. Note: The rate shall be including the cost and testing of reinforcement steel at thrid party NABL lab. The reinforcement steel will be procured from dealers with a test certificate as approved by the department. Manufacturing, supplying, hoisting and fixing in position at all lifts, precast units of various pattems and sizes for precast plain solid units, exhaust fan moulds, slabs, etc, in controlled reinforced cement concrete of M30 grade using 20mm and below machine crushed graded stone aggregate including weigh batching, mechanical mixing, casting, vibrating, finishing of exposed faces, curing, necessary formwork, moulds, transporting and placing at all lifts, preparation of connections, grouting with cement mortar/cement grout wherever needed excluding steel reinforcement complete all as per drawing, specification and as directed by Engineer.
