Cutting and Felling all types of trees including cutting of trunks, branches and removing the roots and stacking of serviceable wood materials at places specified with a lead of 200m, disposal of unserviceable materials including filling the pits and depressions with excavated earth complete for trees of girth mentioned below complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

All kinds of soil with depth up to 1.5m below average Ground level and disposing surplus excavated earth up to a lead of 1.00 Kilometres.

All kinds of soil with depth exceeding 1.5m but not exceeding 3m below average Ground level and disposing surplus excavated earth up to a lead of 1.00 Kilometres.

All kinds of soil with depth exceeding 3m but not exceeding 4.5m below average Ground level and disposing surplus excavated earth up to a lead of 1.00 Kilometres.

All kinds of soil with depth exceeding 4.5m but not exceeding 6.0m below average Ground level and disposing surplus excavated earth up to a lead of 1.00 Kilometres.

Providing and laying plain cement concrete M20 grade using 300 kg/cum of PPC, 20mm maximum size graded aggregates and washed crushed stone sand including mechanical mixing, transporting and placing in required position, ramming, compaction, levelling, curing, shuttering, dewatering if any, complete all as per specification for levelling courses in foundation for walls, footings, floor drains etc., encasing pipes and other required works directed by Engineer-in-Charge complete all as per specifications. Dosage of PCE based admixture as per workability requirment at site conditions. Note: 1. The rate of concrete shall include all labour, equipment, charges for mixing & cost of admixture. Polycarboxylate ether (PCE) based chemical admixture confirming to IS 9103 shall be mixed in fresh concrete and prior permission from engineer-in-charge shall be obtained for dosage and compatibility. 2. Test certificate of cement, procured from dealer/company to be submitted for all cement related works by the Contractor. 3. The rate shall be quoted on the basis of using minimum cement per cu.m. of concrete mentioned below for relevant grade of concrete. Any upward/ downward variation required to obtain the specified strength will be paid for or deducted at the rate of cement specified in Schedule F.

Providing and laying cast insitu controlled reinforced cement concrete of specified grade at all levels and lifts mentioned below using 20mm maximum size hard granite machine washed washed crushed graded stone aggregates and washed washed crushed stone sand including testings as per QAP, weigh batching, charges for mixing & cost of admixture, mechanical mixing, transporting and placing at all lifts, vibrating, consolidating, 14 days curing and finishing smooth of all exposed faces complete for column footing, columns, lintels, sunshades, gutter slabs, beams, slabs, water tank, machine foundation and all other structural elements including dewatering wherever necessary (Formwork and reinforcement will be paid for separately) all as per specification and all as shown in drawings and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge for all insitu item. Note: 1. The rate of concrete shall include all labour, equipment, charges for mixing & cost of admixture. Supplying, fabricating, erecting and fixing in position at all levels, centering and shuttering to correct line and levels including strutting, propping, etc., with necessary bracings in all axes to give a stable assembly with provision for making the joints in the shuttering fully leak proof and with provision for fixing coil nuts with tie rods along with suitable channel for lateral supports and for inserts, projecting dowels, anchor bolts or any other fixture, including staging, access and working platforms etc., all complete as specified and directed including dismantling and removing the aforesaid assembly after the concrete attains the sufficient strength to self-support itself without cracking and distortion all as per specification, including all materials and labour complete in all respects at all lifts. The measurement for the formwork will be the actual area of forms in contact with concrete surfaces. Shuttering with plywood panels alone will be permitted.

Supplying, fabricating, erecting and fixing in position at all levels, centering and shuttering for curved surface to correct line and levels including strutting, propping, etc., with necessary bracings in all axes to give a stable assembly with provision for making the joints in the shuttering fully leak proof and with provision for fixing coil nuts with tie rods along with suitable channel for lateral supports and for inserts, projecting dowels, anchor bolts or any other fixture, including staging, access and working platforms etc., all complete as specified and directed including dismantling and removing the aforesaid assembly after the concrete attains the sufficient strength to selfsupport itself without cracking and distortion all as per specification, including all materials and labour complete in all respects at all lifts. (The measurement for the formwork with steel/plywood panels will be the actual area of forms in contact with concrete surfaces.)

Providing straightening, decoiling wherever necessary bending, cutting, binding and fixing in position steel reinforcement TMT bars of Fe550D grade steel conforming to IS:1786 and tying with approved annealed binding wire of 1.6mm dia in all reinforced cement concrete work at all lifts, including cost of supplying and fixing the spacer/cover blocks and binding wire complete all as per specification and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge at all lifts. Note: The rate shall be including the cost and testing of reinforcement steel at thrid party NABL lab. The reinforcement steel will be procured from dealers with a test certificate as approved by the department. Manufacturing, supplying, hoisting and fixing in position at all lifts, precast units of various pattems and sizes for precast plain solid units, exhaust fan moulds, slabs, etc, in controlled reinforced cement concrete of M30 grade using 20mm and below machine crushed graded stone aggregate including weigh batching, mechanical mixing, casting, vibrating, finishing of exposed faces, curing, necessary formwork, moulds, transporting and placing at all lifts, preparation of connections, grouting with cement mortar/cement grout wherever needed excluding steel reinforcement complete all as per drawing, specification and as directed by Engineer. Note: 1. The rate shall be quoted on the basis of using 380 Kg. of cement per cu.m. of concrete. Any upward/downward variation required to obtain the specified strength will be paid for or deducted at the rate specified in schedule F. 2. The rate of concrete shall include all labour equipment charges for mixing & cost of admixture. Chemical admixture confirming to IS:9103 shall be mixed in fresh concrete and prior permission from Engineer-in-charge shall be obtained for dosage and compatibility 3. Test certificate of cement, procured from dealer/company to be submitted for all cement related works by the Contractor.

Providing, supplying, cutting, bending to shape, welding, fabricating, hoisting, placing and fixing in position structural steel members like MS structural embedment's/pipe and sleeves/penetration etc. Using MS angles, channels, I-sections, plates, tees, flats, rounds, square sections etc. including chamfering and rounding off the edges, applying a coat of Red lead paint primer / Zinc chromate primer of approved make and 2 coats of flat oil paint / sythetic enamel paint of approved colour and make, scaffolding and staging required for fabrication as well as erection complete all as per specifications, drawings and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Note: Lifting device arrangements if any required also arranged by the contractor at his own cost.

Providing and laying non pressure NP4 class RCC Spun concrete pipes conforming to IS 458-2003 with socket and spigot jointed with Rubber sealing ring type, laying to the levels, slopes including testing of joints, leak test etc. complete all as per the drawings and specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying, hoisting and fixing in position at all lifts, Steel fibre reinforced concrete of Heavy duty (HD-20) manhole cover with frame precast units conforming IS 12592 circular in shape with load carrying capacity of 20MT for circular manhole of clear opening of 560mm dia with using controlled reinforced cement concrete of required grade complete all as per drawing, specification and as directed by Engineer. Rate to include lifting hook, anticorrosive paint, grinding of conceret surfaces for proper seating and sealant filling between cover and frame. Note: 1. The rate shall be quoted on per set basis. One set means manhole cover with frame 2. Reinforcement required for the preparation of precast manhole frame and cover shall be included in the rate 3. Edge angle protection if required will be paid under relevant item.

Construction of Inspection chamber of following size internally up to 1.00 metre depth with brick masonry walls of 230/345mm thick using stock bricks/block masonry in cement mortar 1:5 with necessary brick carbelling as required, plastering with cement mortar 1:3, 12mm thick for external sides of the chamber including excavation in all types of soils, back filling, providing and laying 150mm thick PCC 1:4.5:8 for foundation concrete forming bencing in PCC 1:2:4 using 20mm maximum size graded aggregate etc. complete all as per specification, drawing and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying and fixing in position of heavy quality Cast Iron manhole frame and cover, steps etc of specified weight for the inspection chamber, valve chamber etc. all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and constructing precast concrete solid blocks masonry wall in cement mortar 1:5 with solid concrete blocks of size 400x200x200mm Grade C (5.0), manufactured as per IS : 2185 (Part-1): 2005 density not less than 1800Kg/cum. at all Elevation including cost of materials, labour charges, scaffolding, curing complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing plastering to the internal surfaces of brickwork / blockwork / concrete at all elevations in cement (PPC) mortar 1:4, 12mm thick finished with a floating coat of neat cement including hacking of concrete surfaces with pointed tool, scaffolding, finishing, curing, forming grooves wherever necessary, all as per specifications.

Cutting of road consisting of asphaltic concrete road surface including WBM Soling, making WBM and soling to original condition after work complete with retrieved materials including supply of extra quantities of materials i.e. aggregate, moorum, screening, red bajri not exceeding 15% of the original materials along with new materials and disposing all unwanted materials to place specified with lead up to 50m complete all as per specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying and installing a factory fabricated portable toilet unit made of FRP panel. The size of the Toilet is 3.25' x 3.25' x 7.5' including EWC (floor mounted white colour) with PVC flushing tank of 10 litre capacity, health faucet with angle cock, PVC inlet connection, hand wash basin of size 500x300 with brackets and all accessories like pillar tap, waste coupler, bottle trap, pvc inlet connection, angle cock, short body tap , PVC floor trap / Nahani trap , Tile flooring, Electrical point provisions with one number of PVC exhaust fan and lighting provision, including one 200 liters PVC water tank for inlet connection with pipe lines, Includes transportation, positioning at site, and all associated plumbing and fixing accessories.
