Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) in ground floors and pavings n. exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) all as specified and directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete in any position complete all as specified.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises.

Dismantling plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness, including Nainital or similar pattern roof coverings.

S&F pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated/crimped steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified.

Demolition of brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quions, arches, pillars, etc but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework, precast concrete articles and precast concrete block walling all as specified and directed.

M&L 1:3:6 type C-1 precast cement concrete (20mm graded stone aggregate) block masonary with solid blocks exc 10 cm in width and not exc 20cm in width and setting in cement mortar 1:6.

M&L for providing reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 (20 mm graded stone aggregate) as beams, cantilevers, bressummers , lintel over 1.5 mtr span complete all as specified and directed. (Note :- Reinforcement shall be measured and paid separately under respective item)
