Imp. Note (applicable to the entire work) 1. The bidder must possess valid EPF & ESIC registration. 2. The bidders need to deposit EPF & ESIC with appropriate authority. The reimbursement for EPF & ESIC deposit shall not be made. 3. The payment of wages to labourers should be made through bank 4. The bidder must possess sufficient manpower & other resources (as detailed in SGF ) required for the timely completion of work. 5. Conflict of Interest:- Contractors who are entrusted with construction works by RRCAT shall not be able to participate. Also the bidder who shall be entrusted with this work will not be ab le to participate for construction work at RRCAT. 6. Bidders are encouraged to visit site to understand the intricacies of the work before quoting.

Management of Civil Engineering construction site by supervision and quality control of works like checking of formwork, reinforcement fabrication & placing as per drawings, witnessing sample collection & testing for various construction materials, ensuring concrete ingredient ratio and uniform mix at batching plant/site and placing of plain and reinforced concrete. The site management also included supervision of all types of civil works including brickwork, doors windows, plaster, flooring & waterproofing works, painting, PH works structural steel works etc. as per specifications & as per relevant IS standards.The work also includes Surveying & leveling, layout of building, preparation of estimate, proposals and tender processing , bills & preparation of agreements Preparation e-tender document uploading of tender documents in CPP portal opening of technical and finacial bids, preparation technical and finacial CST, correspondance with agencies etc. as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. on all working days except Sundays and national holidays at RRCAT premises by deploying qualified personnel.

Registration of Inward & Outward Dak per day, Data Entry per day, Movement of Files per day, Typing of Letters per day, Photocopy & Scanning of Documents and placement of documents in concern files per day, Email Correspondence and replies to email queries with attachment of documents, if any per day, Arithmetical checking of bills etc. as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. on all working days except Sundays and national holidays at RRCAT premises by deploying qualified personnel.
