Earth work excavation for foundation in all soils and sub-soils and to full depth as may be directed except in rock requiring blasting inclusive of shoring shuttering, bailing out water wherever necessary and depositing the surplus earth within the compound in places shown by the departmental officers with an initial lead of 10 mts and initial lift of 2 mts. and clearing and levelling the site, etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Cement Concrete 1:4:8 (One cement, Four sand and Eight hard broken stone) using 40 mm gauge hard broken jelly including laying, consolidating, finishing, rendering the top surface rough, curing, etc. complete complying with standard specification etc.,Complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supply and erecting shuttering including necessary supports for plane surfaces such as RCC column, footing, plinth beam, stair case etc., in all floors using mild steel sheets of 90cm X 60cm and 10 gauge stiffened with welded mild steel angle for boarding supported by casurina props at suitable intervals etc., completed complying with standard specification and as directed. Plain Cement Concrete 1:2:4 (one cement, two fine aggregates and four coarse aggregates) using 20mm size ISS HBG metal including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and including for the mixing, laying and labour charges etc., complete as per standard specification

Brick work in Cement Mortar 1:5 Mix (one part cement and five sand) using iniformly burnt IInd class bricks of size 23CM x 11CM x 7 CM including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all other labour charges and all other incidental charges etc., complete complying with standard specifications. (Masonry projections wherever necessary for obtaining the required elevation shall be done without any extra cost)

Plastering with C.M. 1:5 Mix (one cement and five sand) 12mm thick finishing including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges, watering curing and all other incidental charges etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Paving the floor with Granite Slab (super fine polished with machine cut edges) of sizes 1.2m x 0.60m and above of 18mm to 20mm thickness in all floors over a base layer of cement mortar 1:3 (one cement and three sand) 25mm thick and white cement slurly layer of 3mm thick over this, laid in situ and pointed with white cement neatly and fixed in position so as to make perfectly smooth and shining to the alignment including cutting the marble slab to size with machine cutting polishing using different grade of corporandum stone, oxalic acid, tin oxide etc., and including hire charges or polishing machinery etc., complete. Supplying and laying of PCC precast Rubber moulded concrete inter locking paver blocks having a minimum thickness of 83mm of M15 grade concrete over a base layer of sand ,filling the joints,compacting the paver blocks with proper gradients etc., including cost of materials,labour for laying the paver blocks ,conveyance of materials to site of work,loaing and unloading charges etc.,complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and planting of sapling including digging of pit,manuring and providing safety gauge in weld mesh of size 7.50cmx7.50cm - 10gauge to a height 1.20 m including lipping with ms flat, stand legs and painting with one coat of red oxide primer,two coats of enamal painting, etc.,complete at site of work complying with standard specification and as directed by the Departmental officers.
