Plastering in CM 1:5, 12mm thick in for all round the building walls including cost of all materials, scaffolding charges, Labour charges, curing, Lead, Lift, T&P etc., complete.

Colour washing with two coats of Oil Bound distemper over a coat of water based primer for interior surfaces including cost of all materials, scaffolding, Labour, Lead, Lift etc., complete.

Supplying and fixing of colour coated crimp curve metal roofing sheet of 0.50mm thick of TATA ISI make over M.S Structural frame work with necessary screws including cost of colour coated metal roofing sheet, screws for fixing, and all the required materials, lead, lift, labour charges, etc., complete.

Providing, fabricating and fixing in postion MS Gates, MS Doors, MS Grills, MS Ladder, Purlins, Posts etc., with required accessories such as but not limited to MS Angles, Channels, Pipes, flats, Square Bars, Shafts, Sheets etc., as per approved design and as directed by the Engineer in charge including cost of fabrication, transporting, lifting and fixing in walls rigidly with concrete PCC 1:2:4, cost of all materials, labour charges, Lead, Lift, T&P, one coat of red oxide primer etc., complete.

Painting two coats with Synthetic Enamel Paint for Iron works of the best quality and of reputed make over a priming coat using cement primer including cost of all materials, labour, lead and lifts, srapping and preparing the surface, cleaning and removing of dirt etc., complete.

Wiring with 2x2.5sq mm PVC unsheathed multistand copper cable of 650 V grade in suitable PVC rigid pipe open in wall and ceiling with PVC accessories in flush with wall and covering with 3mm thick hylum sheet over TW switch box with continuous earth wire connection using 14 SWG TC wire and making good the damaged portion of masonry for PVC open light and fan point. etc. complete, as per standard specification.
