Comprehensive maintenance of wall top perimeter electrical power fence 1.2 Mtr height with12 HT wire divided into 3 Zones and 3.2 Meter height with 30 HT wire divided into 01 Zones make of A1 fence including network fence controller software complete and make system fully functioning condition in installed at DCN palam complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge The details of the equipment /system to be included in the AMC are as under. (a) 12 HT electric power fence with connected accessories ( make- A1 fence) - 470 RM (b) 30 HT electric power fence with connected accessories ( make- A1 fence) - 140 RM (c) Nework fence controller and keypad and perimeter control - 04 Nos software complete. Notes for Item No. 1.00 :- (i) The comprehensive maintenance shall be done through OEM i.e. of M/s Altima Security Technologies P. Ltd./A1 fence /static System. (ii) The contractor will have to submit MOU on stamp paper of Rs 100/- duly notarized, as per specified Performa given on page No 101 to 103 from OEM i.e. of M/s Altima Security Technologies P. Ltd./A1 fence /static System within Twenty Eight days from date of Acceptance of tender. If the delay from OEM side to submit the MoU, the contractor to be submit evidence to the Accepting Officer and permission to be obtained from Accepting Officer for delay in submission of MoU. (iii) Contractor will conclude AMC with OEM and copy of the Agreement along with Tax Invoice will be submitted to Engineer-in-Charge and GE before commencement of AMC. No payment will be made to contractor without submission of valid AMC agreement and Tax invoice. (iv) The above maintenance includes complete maintenance of existing equipment by regularly and systematically examining adjusting fabricating as and when required for smooth and efficient functioning of the equipment. (v) The contract includes for repair, replacement of Network electrical power fence complete i.e wire, OFC cable, pole, software and hardware controller ,insulator, LCD monitoring display, Energizer, electrical panel and connected all accessories of electric power fence network etc under comprehensive AMC. (vi) Quality of spares: The equipment (Network for electric power fence and controller device) parts replaced must be new and equivalent in performance of existing part.

Notes for Item No. 1.00 (Contd...) :- (vii) On each visit of the maintenance staff, a certificate to the effect will be co-signed by the user and Engineer-in-charge for verifying the visit. (viii)) Monthly preventive maintenance visit will be comprised with a team of an Engineer/ Technician and also visit shall be made as and when required basis. (ix) Contractor will carry out comprehensive maintenance once in a month for Eleven (11) months and maintain the record of same as per Performa of monthly maintenance check enclosed in the tender documents. the same shall be forwarded along with RAR failing which no payment shall be released to the contractor. (x) The complete repair/ replacement of equipment (Electric power fence networking) part will be replenished without adding any cost to department except modification/ Upgradation of hardware/ software of equipment and civil work.

Notes for Item No. 2.00 :- (i) The Comprehensive maintenance in respect of IP Based Network CCTV camera under this contract shall be done through OEMs or any authorized dealers i.e. any one of M/s Mobotix / M/s Bosch / M/s Barco / M/s Diglink / M/s Synolgy/ M/s LG/ M/s Hikvision and M/s CP Plus (ii) The contractor will have to submit MOU on stamp paper of Rs 100/- duly notarized, as per specified Performa given on page No 101 to 103 from respective OEMs or any authorized dealers i.e. any one of M/s Mobotix / M/s Bosch / M/s Barco / M/s Diglink / M/s Synollgy/ M/s LG/ M/s Hikvision and M/s CP Plus within Twenty Eight days from date of Acceptance of tender. (iii) Contractor will conclude AMC with OEM / and authorised dealers and copy of the Agreement along with Tax Invoice will be submitted to Engineer-in-Charge and GE before commencement of AMC. No payment will be made to contractor without submission of valid AMC agreement and Tax Invoice. (iv) The AMC include complete maintenance of existing equipment (CCTV networking system) by regularly and systematically examining adjusting fabricating, monitoring as and when required for smooth and efficient functioning of the equipment. (v) Contractor will carry out comprehensive maintenance once in a month for Eleven (11) months and maintain the record of same as per Performa of monthly maintenance check enclosed in the tender documents. the same shall be forwarded along with RAR failing which no payment shall be released to the contractor (vi) Repair, maintenance of the total Hardware and software maintenance and troubleshooting for CCTV i.e Camera Visibility Test, DVR / NVR Recording Test, DVR / NVR Settings, controller server, keypad, Verification, and Disk Error Check, LED display monitoring complete part of Network of CCTV camera . Replacement of CCTV parts and some consumable items and the maximum repair to the defective component of CCTV camera and their part are covered under AMC.

Notes for Item No. 2.00 (Contd...) :- (vii) Minimum one visit will be comprise a team of technician are allocated for each month. (viii) In case of any technical snag, it should be attended within 24 hours and ensure attending the break down calls on urgent basis. (ix) The equipment like replacement of CCTV Camera, NVR, VMS Software & hardware controller, electrical control panel, LED TV, video wall, LAYER switches, Hard disk, UTP & OFC cable, MCB shall be paid separately.

Notes for (Item No. 1.00 and 2.00) :- (a) Contractor will prominently display his contact/ mobile number and OEM contact number and authorised dealer's number inside and outside the server room, Security Office as well as in the complaint cell of DCN Palam for call in emergency. (bi) The OEM will also detail one technician staff to inspect the equipment every week regarding functioning of the equipment or any other issues arising in the equipment. The details of technician shall be forwarded for approval before commencement of work. The problem noticed if any to be informed immediately to JE E/M / Engr-in-Charge. In case no technician detailed Rs. 500/- per week per equipment will be deducted from contractor’s dues. Technician should always carry service tools during site visit in every week. (c) Monthly maintenance check for respective equipment will be carried out by OEM of electric power fencing and from any authorised dealer of CCTV Cameras as per Monthly maintenance check list mentioned in Particular Specification here-in-after.
