Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of 12.5mm thick Fultone fully perforated Gypsum Acoustic square edges tiles made from plasterboard having glass fibre conforming to IS : 2095 part I, of colour plain white and of size 595 mm X 595 mm with square perforation of 9.7 mm X 9.37 mm at 19.4 mm c/c with center borders of 48mm and the side borders of 30mm, backed with non-woven tissue on the back side, having an NRC of 0.79, with 50mm thick ROCKWOOL Safe ‘n’ Silent Pro 331 insulation backing. The fultone board is to be fixed to the C stud with 3.5mm X 25mm long Grey phosphate coloured self tapping trumpet head Drywall Screw (As per JIS G3507-1 Standard ) at minimum spacing of 300mm at centre & 150mm at periphery. Edges are to be jointed & finished so as to have flush look which includes filling & finishing with Gyproc Pro-fill jointing compound Air Dry conforming to ASTM C475 & Gyproc Joint paper tape. The junction of the partition with masonry has to be treated with Gyproc jointing materials & Hilti / Pyroplex Acoustic sealant. Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of Gypserra C Stud vertical of Size 34 mm X 48 mm X 36 mm, thickness 0.50 mm and 3.660 mtr. Long of material CR1 grade as per IS : 513(Y/S - 300 Mpa) & surface finish AZ150 (IS : 15961) placed @ 297.5mm c/c & fixed with ceiling or floor channel with Blue zinc plated corrosion resistant self-tapping metal to metal screws with wafer cross head & self drilling point of size 4.2 mm X 13 mm of material conforming to JIS G3507-1.(Make of C stud & Accessories : SaintGobain - Gyproc)

Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of Gypserra horizontal floor & ceiling channel of Size 32 mm X 50 mm X 32 mm , thickness 0.50 mm and 3.660 mtr. Long of material CR1 grade as per IS : 513(Y/S - 300 Mpa) & surface finish AZ150(IS : 15961) anchored to the floor & true ceiling using Gyproc Rawl plug of dia 8mm & 45mm Long of minimum 5mm Zinc coated & material CR1 grade as per IS : 513 at 600mm c/c. Floor channel is to be cut, bend & bracing at every 1200mm c/c vertically by using Hilti/ Fischer make 6 X 40mm anchor fastener. Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of Gypserra Noggin channel of Size 40 mm X 48 mm X 40 mm , thickness 0.50 mm and 0.390 mtr. Long of material CR1 grade as per IS : 513(Y/S - 300 Mpa) & surface finish AZ150(IS : 15961) at the horizontal joints of the two Fultone Board.(Make of Noggin Channel & Accessories : SaintGobain - Gyproc)
