Construction of Compound Wall for Boys Hostel, FMMCH, Remuna, Balasore for 2026-27

Earth work excavation foundation in hard soil trenches within 50 meter initial leadand 1.5mt. Intial lift including rough dressing and levelling the bedincluding all labour, T&P etc. complete as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Supplying & Filling foundation and plinth with sand well watered and rammed including cost, conveyance, Royalities, Taxes of all materials,all labours & T&P required for the work complete ( measurement will be takenon finished compacted section only)as perthe direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Cement concrete (1:3:6) using approved quality from approved quarry including lowering laying concrete watering and curing etc. as required levels laid in layers not exceeding(0'-6'') 15 cm thick including cost, conveyance,royalities of all materials and cost of all labour ,T&P required for the work etc. complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer-in-charge .

Fly Ash brick masonry in cement mortar (1:6) in foundation and plinth using Fly Ash bricks of size 25cm x 12cm x 8cm 75 kg/cm2 with dimensional tolerance 8% after immersing the bricks for six hours in water before use including splays cutting circular moulding corbelling chamfering and similar such type of work as directed by the Engineer-in-charge including watering and curing cost, conveyance, royalties of all materials and cost of all labour T&P required for the work and finished item of work shall confirm to relevant I.S. specification and confirm test as per specification as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Fly Ash brick masonry in cement mortar (1:6) in Superstructure using Fly Ash bricks of size 25cm x 12cm x 8cm 75 kg/cm2 with dimensional tolerance 8% after immersing the bricks for six hours in water before use including splays cutting circular moulding corbelling chamfering and similar such type of work as directed by the Engineer-in-charge including watering and curing cost, conveyance, royalties of all materials and cost of all labour T&P required for the work and finished item of work shall confirm to relevant I.S. specification and confirm test as per specification as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

R.C.C. work M-20 in grade having a minimum compressive strength (in work test) 200 kg/cm2 in 15cm cubes at 28 days using 12mm. & down grade hard granite C.B. chips of approved quality and from approved quarry including watering, lowering laying concrete, compacting with vibrators, curing for 28 days with smooth centering and shuttering and finishing the exposed surface including cost conveyance, royalties of all materials, cost of labour & T&P rand other machinsries required for the work complete but excluding cost and carriage of HYSD bars and cost of bending, binding tying the grills and etc. as per specification & direction of the Engineer-in-charge Base

Supplying Cutting,bending un- coated HYSD bars,for reinforcement tying the grills and placing in position as required for the RCC works and for providing fan hooks hoisting and lowering,laying including cost,conveyance of HSYSD bars and binding wires of 18 to 20 gauge required for the work and bending binding and tying the grills ( Payment will be made on weight of HYSD bars only and no separate payment will be made towords the weight of binding wires) as per direction of the Engineer-In-Charge.

12mm(1/2'') thick cement Plaster in cement mortar (1:6) finished smooth to outside surface of brick walls after racking out the joints scapping and cleaning the surface including watering & curing for specified period etc. complete with cost, conveyance,royality and taxes of all materials & cost of all labour, T&P scaffolding required for the work complete in all respect. The materials used for the work and items of work shall confirm to relevant I.S specification and test as per specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
