Providing and fixing double scaffolding system (cup lock type) on the exterior side, up to seven story height made with 40 mm dia M.S. tube 1.5 m center to center, horizontal & vertical tubes joining with cup & lock system with M.S. tubes, M.S. tube challis, M.S. clamps and M.S. staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for the required duration as approved and removing it there after. The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connection with the building etc wherever required for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc. complete as per directions and approval of Engineer in-charge. The elevation area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purpose. The payment will be made once irrespective of duration of scaffolding. Note: This item to be used for maintenance work judicially, necessary deduction for scaffolding in the existing item to be done.

Providing and fixing hard drawn steel wire fabric 75x25 mm mesh of weight not less than 7.75 Kg per sqm to window frames etc. including 62x19 mm beading of second class teak wood and priming coat with approved steel primer all complete.

Dismantling doors, windows and clerestory windows (steel or wood) shutter including chowkhats, architrave, holdfasts etc. complete and stacking within 50 meters lead : Of area 3 sq. meters and below.

Provision for installation of stainless steel dustbin set fitting and fixing with frame including all material T&P complete. Size 20”x 30

Provision for Fitting and Fixing of stone Bench as per size top platform 1 No X 1.50M X 0.60 M X0.15 M and vertical base 2 no X 0.50 m X 0.20 M x 0.40 M Including finishing and fixing in concrete base with platform with supply of all materials labour T&P etc. Complete

Provision for fitting and fixing signage in stainless steel pipe with steel sheet in size 4'X3' including supply of all materials t&p complete.

Provision for laying of edging sand stone of 75 mm thick below ground level and up to pathway level to protect the displacement of sand stone pathway along edges of all types in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with lime mortar including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints, except at sharp curve, shall not be more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening herever required etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge, with supply of all materials, labour T&P article & curing etc complete, (Length of finished edging sand stone shall be measured for payment).

Demolishing of existing damaged, cracked & pulversided lime concrete by manually means and disposal of material within 50 meters lead as per direction of Engineer in- charge
