Excavation in trenches in hard/dense soil not exc 1.5 mtr wide and not exc 1.5 mtr deep in for lying of electric cable, pole foundation and stays etc and getting out, trimming the sides, forming bottom surfaces to required level, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for brick protection over cables inside the trench by using common burnt clay building bricks,locally available best quality, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for sand cushioning in cable trenches over & under the cables, with river washed coarse sand, as per standard practice with proper compaction, complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning ,filling in,including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm in soft / loose soil, complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated soil not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point, complete all as specified and as directed.

Cutting existing metal road/PCC foot path not exc 0.45 m width and not exc 0.60 m in depth including all connected earth work and making good disturbed surfaces to match with the existing surface in similar specification and finish, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F GI Pipe 40 mm dia light grade with all fittings for passing of cables fixed to pole / wall / laid under floor or roads including all fixing accessories, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, erection, testing and commissioning of outdoor type LT Bus Bar Chamber box in replacement, platform mounted, suitable for 3 phase 4 wire, 415 volts AC supply and having 4 Nos stepped type Aluminium bus bars 400Amps capacity for looping & branch connection system .The chamber shall be painted with powder coated paint. The bus bar chamber shall be provided with suitable Neoprene rubber gasket to make it completely dust and vermin proof and degree of protection not less than IP-55, complete all as specified and as directed. (a) The bus bar chamber shall be made out of 3.0mm thick CRCA mild steel sheet and 3.00mm thick gland plate , front door (01 layer) and rear Door (01 layer) opening facility and 4 side slanting canopy type roof on top and angle iron padastal frame 600mm high above ground level. The bus bar chamber shall be provided with ventilation facility in the form of louvers for better heat dissipation. (Note : The bus bar chamber Box shall be designed in such a way that adequate workable space is made available inside the compartments and the size of the chamber shall not be less than 600mm height (without base frame & canopy), 500mm width and 400mm depth).

Supply and fix outdoor type pole mounted LT Bus Bar Chamber box, suitable for 3 phase 4 wire, 415 volts AC supply and having 4 Nos stepped type Aluminium bus bars 200Amps capacity for cable connection system including necessary clamps for fixing arrangements .The chamber shall be painted with powder coated paint. The bus bar chamber shall be provided with suitable lockintg arrangements and fixing arrangements in steel tubular pole, complete all as specified and as directed. (a) The bus bar chamber shall be made out of 1.5mm thick CRCA mild steel sheet (Note :The bus bar chamber Box shall be designed in such a way that adequate workable space is made available inside the compartments and the size of the chamber shall not be less than 320mm height 290mm width and 200mm depth).

Earthing with GI earth plate electrode 600x600x6 mm thick buried directly in ground vertically to depth not less than 2.25m below the ground level with top edge of earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5m below the ground level connected to galvanized iron strip of 32mm x 6mm earth lead by means of bolts & nuts,check nuts & washers made of galvanised steel, earth strip protected by GI Pipe 40mm bore (light grade), including concrete pit using PCC (1:3:6) type C-1,precast RCC (1:1.5:3) type A-1 cover slab with one handle for lifting, funnel with wire mesh, 20mm bore galvanised or steel pipe (light grade) for watering, charcoal & salt in alternative layers including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil complete all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR-2009 Part I, complete all as specified and as directed.

Earthing complete with galvanized mild steel earth plate electrode size 600x600x6mm thick buried directly in ground (Preferably in vertical position) earth pit not less than 2.25 meter below normal ground level with top edge of the earth plate not less 1.5 meter (BGL) connected to galvanized iron earth lead wire 4mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nut and washer of galvanized iron including PCC pit in RCC 1:2:4 type B-1, precast RCC cover with suitable handle, excavation and earth work in any type of soil, 20mm bore “medium grade” galvanized iron water tubing fixed with cast iron funnel and wire mesh and 15mm bore “light grade” galvanized iron protection pipe for earth lead wire upto 5m length, charcoal, common salt, complete all as shown in EP No 3 of SSR 2009 part-I, connected to test point complete and testing on completion, complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for junction box hot press moulded SMC of 295 x 195 x 100mm and outside dimention 32 with locking arrangements consisting of necessary suitable arrangements for incoming & out going cables with cable glands & having TPN Bus bar 100A amps capacity with necessary base insulator and including necessary flat iron clamps with nuts, bolts & washers, complete all as specified and as directed. Make- Sintex Industries Ltd or equivelent make.

S&F TPN DB with suitable for TPN MCB incomer, double door (IP-54), 4 Ways, built- in 200 Amps busbar for neutral link complete suitable for 415 Volts, AC, 50 Hz, complete all as specified and as directed.
