Providing catering, laundry services and other arrangements for an average of 200 guests/month a. All meals- Breakfast, Lunch,Evening Snacks, Dinner etc., excluding cost of food articles but including preparation of food items, catering services. b. Day to day room services of guest house. c. Service maintenance and cleaning of utensils and kitchen appliances and maintaining hygienic condition in the kitchen. d. Laundry services like washing of linen, bed sheets, pillow covers, towels,curtains etc. as and when required for guest rooms etc. complete as specified and directed. NOTE:- 1. Infrastructure facilities like building, electricity, water, utensils, crockery, and cutlery except gas will be supplied by NFC. 2. Rate of food items shall be quoted separately in relevant items. 3. Rate of toiletries , washing powder, cleaning agents etc. shall be quoted separately in relevant items

Providing round the clock ,reception staffing solution for Guest house including record keeping and maintenance of guest house bookings, greeting and attending to the needs of guests, maintaining accurate and efficient guest house billing process, undertake general office duties, including correspondence , e-mails, etc., reporting breakage and maintenance problem to the NFC authorities, supervision of housekeeping activities and to undertake any other ad-hoc duties relevant to the post as and when required etc. complete as specified and directed

Sweeping, cleaning and mopping of floors inside office rooms, corridors, lobbies, staircase, building, peripheral drains and 6m. all around buildings, cleaning of window glasses, all the furniture's by dusters, removal of cobwebs on walls and ceilings of porticos, chajjas and upkeep of toilet blocks by washing floor, dado, urinals, wash basins, Indian WC/European WC , applying washing agents/floor cleaners, including periodical cleaning by diluted acid for floor and dado etc., Note: (1) Only plinth area will be measured for payment. (2) The rate quoted shall be excluding the cost of cleaning agent and cleaning materials. The frequency of activities not less than (i )Cleaning of floor twice in a day (ii) Cleaning of doors and glass of reception area daily (iii) Cleaning of toilet floor and dado & toilet fittings and fixtures twice in a day (iv) Cleaning of doors and glass of areas other than reception area weekly once (v) Cleaning of cob-webs monthly once (vi) Cleaning/weeding out of premises including drains, lawns,etc. (vii) Operation of requisite lights daily

Supplying of following materials of approved quality for the two years requirement brought from outside as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: 1. The rates quoted for item shall be inclusive of collecting required quantity of cleaning agents and materials from Engineer-in-Charge and transporting the same tothe concerned building of housekeeping for safe custody without any extra cost. 2.
