Providing and fixing double scaffolding system (cup lock type) on the exterior side up to eight story height made with 40 mm dia M.S. tube 1.5 m centre to centre horizontal & vertical tubes jointing with cup & lock system with M.S. tubes, M.S. tube challies, M.S. Clamps and M.S staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for the required duration as approved and removing it there after. The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connection with the building etc. wherever required for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc. complete as per directions and approval of Engineer-in-charge. The elevation area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purpose. The payment will made once irrespective of duration of scaffoldings. Note: Support from column/ beams to be taken with the help of S.S anchor fasteners. No holes to be made in wall.

Providing, erecting, maintaining and removing temporary protective screens made out of specified fabric with all necessary fixing arrangement to ensure that it remains in position for the work duration as required by the Engineer-in-charge. Wooven PVC cloth

Providing and fixing plywood covering panels as per the directions of Engineer-in-charge with necessary backing framework to shield windows etc. from falling debris and removing and taking away the material after completion of work including making good any incidental damage(s) to the existing building or its furnishings etc. complete (The measurements for payment shall be made in items of the area protected by such covering)

Providing, erecting, maintaining and removing temporary protective barricading/screen of 1.8m in height (or as desired), made out of minimum 100 mm dia ballies or wooden verticals of minimum size 50mm x 100mm fixed to ground firmly at a spacing of 2.0 mtr c/c with minimum 24 guage thick G.I. corrugated sheet fixed on one side for entire work duration, as required by Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling old plaster or skirting raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 metres lead.

Demolishing R.C.C. work (facias) manually including stacking of steel bars and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in- charge without disturbing the adjoining structural elements.

Chipping of unsound/weak concrete material from slabs, beams,columns etc. with manual Chisel and/ or by standard power driven percussion type or of approved make including tapering of all edges,making square shoulders of cavities including cleaning the exposed concrete surface and reinforcement with wire brushes etc. and disposal of debris for all lead and lifts all complete as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge. 25 mm average thickness

Chipping of unsound/weak concrete material from slabs, beams,columns etc. with manual Chisel and/ or by standard power driven percussion type or of approved make including tapering of all edges,making square shoulders of cavities including cleaning the exposed concrete surface and reinforcement with wire brushes etc. and disposal of debris for all lead and lifts all complete as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge. 50 mm average thickness

Making chases up to 7.5x7.5 cm in walls including making good and finishing with matching surface as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Cleaning of reinforcement from rust from the reinforcing bars to give it a total rust free steel surface by using alkaline chemical rust remover of approved make with paint brush and removing loose particles after 24 hours of its application with wire brush and thoroughly washing with water and allowing it to dry, all complete as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge. Bars upto 12 mm diameter

Providing and applying single coat of anti corrosive coating such as zinc epoxy primer of thickness to the exposed reinforcing bars as per manufacturer's specifications and direction of Engineer-in-charge (area of reinforcement bars/jalli surface shall be taken for measurement)

Drilling suitable holes in reinforced or plain cement concrete with power driven drill machine to a minimum depth of 100mm upto 200mm in RCC beams, lintels, columns and slabs to introduce steel bars for sunshades/balconies including fixing the steel bars in position using epoxy resin anchor grout of approved make but excluding the cost of reinforcement, all complete as per direction of Engineer-InCharge. Steel Reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete above and below plinth level. Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars.

Providing and fixing hard drawn steel wire fabric of size 25 x 25 mm mesh or other suitable size wire mesh to be fixed & firmly anchored to the concrete surface by means of "L" shaped mild steel shear key welded with existing reinforcement including the cost of materials, labour, tool & plants as approved by engineer-in-charge. (Weight not less than 2.0 kg/sqm)

Providing, mixing and applying bonding coat of approved adhesive on chipped portion of RCC as per specifications and direction of Engineer-In-charge complete in all respect. Epoxy bonding adhesive having coverage 2.20 sqm/kg of approved make

Continous welding of steel bars ( 8mm to 25mm dia.) upto length of 150mm for making welded joint instead of lap joint (or similar other works), wherever required at site. (cost of welding rod, welding machine & welder to be included).

Removing white or colour wash by scrapping and sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Finishing walls with Premium Acrylic Smooth exterior paint with Silicone additives (Asian Apex ultima/ Berger weathercoat all guard/ Nerolac Excel Total) of required shade. New work (Two or more coats applied @ 1.43 ltr/ 10 sqm. over and including base coat of exterior wall primer @ 0.83 ltr/ 10 sqm). Note: Consumption may vary as per manufacturer's specifications.

Finishing walls with Premium Acrylic Smooth exterior paint with Silicone additives ( Asian Apex ultima/ Berger weathercoat all guard/ Nerolac Excel total) of required shade. Old work (Two or more coats applied @ 1.43 ltr/ 10 sqm) over existing cement paint surface. Note: Consumption may vary as per manufacturer's specifications.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade : One or more coats on old work

Providing & fixing appropriate nos. of M.S. pipes supports/props with jacks before initiation of dismantling/ demolishing works of balconies with area upto 3.0 sqm. (Rate to be quoted for each balcony)

Filling up the cracks in plaster work upto 3mm wide x 5mm deep in 02 coats (i.e., application of 2nd coat on next day after complete contraction of 1st coat) with crack filler paste of Nerolac Perma/Asian smart care crack seal or equivalent. The crack lines in plaster shall be made wide in V-shape with necesary tools prior to filling of crack seal paste. Thereafter, the crack line shall be finished smooth in line/level with the existing plaster surface. The work shall be carried in internal building's common areas viz., corridor walls and ceilings, RCC facia, under-ceiling of staircases etc. with the help of any working base platform or scaffolding if required. Nothing extra will be paid for working platform/scaffolding used in the work.

Filling up the cracks in plaster work upto 3mm wide x 5mm deep in 02 coats (i.e., application of 2nd coat on next day after complete contraction of 1st coat) with crack filler paste of Nerolac Perma/Asian smart care crack seal or equivalent. The crack lines in plaster shall be widened in V-shape with necesary tools, prior to filling of crack seal paste. Thereafter, the crack line shall be finished smooth in line/level with the existing plaster's finished surface. The work shall be carried out on the external surface of Multistoried building (upto 20 mtr height) with the help of 'Jhulla' with necessary labours/resources required in it . Nothing extra will be paid for Jhulla used in the work.

Disposal of building rubbish/malba/similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground as approved by Engineer-in-charge, beyond 10 km for all leads including all lifts involved.
