M&L Preparation of old surface by scraping and smoothing the surface with water emery paper and painting with approved colour of synthetic enemelled paint of two coat over a coat of primer red oxide and writing letters/numbers(SM/MES Nos. and DATE OF CLEANING ) of sewage treatment plants of capacities 600/800 CUM/Day and cleaning the surrounding area up to three metre out side area of the plant by cutting grasses and surface dressing for Moving Bed Bio Reactor 1 & 2etc complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning of sludge drying beds removing all sludges and de-scaling vegetation on the inside and outside of sludge bed and white washing (Two Coat) including Cleaning the surroundings area of the sludge drying beds to a distance of 3 mtrs circumstance including cutting of grass digging out roots, filling holes and levelling around and removing waste materials to a distance not exceeding 50 Mtrs complete all as specified and directed.

Supply anf fix lubiricant oil (320 Gde) at every two months incl draining out old oil from engine of blowers of any capacity and FAB feed pumps of any capacity and cleaning oil chamber complete all as specified and directed Make- Servo/castrol/Gulf

Dismantling the power supply of electric motor any type including dismantling from pump and taking to workshop with necessary transportation and opening the complete motor and rewinding the rotor with super enameled copper wire as per the existing gauge with necessary insulation, sticks and varnishing, including replacement of shaft bearing 02 Nos complete of capacity 20 to 30 HP complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling complete Centrifugal /Mono Block pump set of any type and overhauling the pump re-threading of wornout holes of studs and providing over size studs with nuts & washers. Rematlling and balancing of shaft, replacement of gunmetal bush bearing and gland packing of pump set. and refitting the same after the repair/replacement duly all as specified and tested for smooth functioning of capacity 20 to 30 HP
