SCHEDULE ‘A’ PART-I (MAINT & OPERATION)

Maintenance and Oeration of 01 Nos 100 KWp and 01 Nos of 50 KWp Solar Plants installed at Pallel alongwith its connected equipments i.e, control panels, battery banks and PV modules etc in shifts of 08 hours per day by employing qualified or experienced technician including comprehensive maintenance of all above eqpiment installed at solar distribution network in area by maintainig attendance register of staff employed all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Contractor shall quote his rates for maint and opertion of 01 No of 100 KWp & 01 No of 50 KWp Solar plants installed at Pallel and all other eqpt including cleaning of plant areas, monitoring / recording of plants energy production/ distribution details with following terms an conditions:- (a) contrator will produce character certificate issued by Police Station, Edication/ Qualification certificate and expreience certitficat belonging minimum 02 years of the staff employed and contractor shall be responsible for any disciplinary case of staff employed. (b) Necessary life insurance will be done as per prevailing rules for tradesman employed through this job and original policy documents will be produced for verification and record of the accepting officer immediately on after approval of tehnician. (c) all expenditure for necesary t&P, Dress, Safety Hardness Eqpt, Communication, Stationery , insurance of tradesman etc as per spefcified in this job are deemed to be included in the quotes rate. (d) All payments of labours will be done through nationlized bank and produced the bank statement to demarment before claiming bills. Penalty charges (i) Absent on duty of Technician - Rs 1000/per shift (ii) Non cleaning of PV modules and plant areas - Rs 2500 per plant/month. Note : spares replaced under comprehensive maintenance shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply, installation, testing and commissining of PV Module (Photo volatic cell) as per exisiting size/capacity complete all as directed and specified (a) 100 KWP- 15, (b) 50 KWP - 8

Supply, installation, testing and commissining of PV circuit breaker PC Box 250 Amps capacity as per exisiting size/capacity complete all as directed and specified (a) 100 KWP- 02 (b) 50 KWP - 00

Supply, installation, testing and commissining of DC/AC Voltage meter as capacity as per exisiting size/capacity complete all as directed and specified (a) 100 KWP- 02, (b) 50 KWP - 02

Supply, installation, testing and commissining of DC/AC Ampere meter as capacity as per exisiting size/capacity complete all as directed and specified (a) 100 KWP- 03, (b) 50 KWP - 02

Supply, installation, testing and commissining of Exhoust fan as capacity as per exisiting size/capacity complete all as directed and specified (a) 100 KWP- 05, (b) 50 KWP - 02

Supply, installation, testing and commissining of Solar DC Cable of 6.00 Sqmm Completed all as directed and specified (a) 100 KWP- 200 Mtr, (b) 50 KWP - 100 Mtr

Repair and maint of old existing inverter of system voltage ( 50 KWp) 240/360/480 Volts by inspecting, repair of replacement of internal part complete alongwith DC wiring connectinons, PCBs, Indicators, Volt & Amp meters (Digital/ Analogue type ) and make the inverter functional by connecting to existing battery bank all as specified and directed.

Supply, fixing and installation of on-grid invertr (Hybrid type with battery charger to retrofity with existing battery bank including automatic switching between main grid supply and solar power ), complete testing of plant at site for 01x100 KWp capacity solar powr plant installation of inverter also includes connected accessores like Solar metering system alongwith suitable AC armoured cable and DC Copper Cable for internal connections complete laying underground , fixing on walls/ surface all as directed by Engr-in-charge at site make ABB/ CONSOL or MNRE APPROVED equivalent make.

Fixing only battery bank of suitable capacity (500/600/1000 AH) from store room to solar plant site and connecting in existing system by taking down old unserviceable battery bank from system complete & make the plant functional in all respection including connection up to inverter complete all as specified & directed. Note :- 1. The new battery bank (500/600/1000AH) will be supplied as schedules 'B' stores free for fixing only. 2. The Old battery bank is issued as scheduled of credit to the contractor. 3. The battery bank qty is 180 or 240 Nos

Supply, Installing, testing and commissioning of Solar DC Cable of 10.00 Sqmm complete all as directed and specified. (a) 100 KWP- 150 Mtr, (b) 50 KWP - 50 Mtr

Supply, Installing, testing and commissioning of Solar DC Cable of 16.00 Sqmm complete all as directed and specified. (a) 100 KWP- 150 Mtr, (b) 50 KWP - 50 Mtr
