The Bidder must be a company registered in India under companies Act 1956 or Companies Act 2013 or partnership Act 1932 / Limited Liability Partnership (LLP) and should have been in operation for a period of at least 5 years as on date of publishing this RFP. Consortium and joint ventures formed for the purpose of this project are not eligible to bid for this project. Trusts and societies are also not eligible to bid for this project

The Bidders company must have average annual financial turnover of Rs. 10 Crore in last three financial years (2022-23, 2023-24 and 2024-25.)

The bidder company should have a positive net worth for each of the last three financial years i.e. 2022-23, 2023-24 and 2024-25.

Bidder must have working office in Bangalore.

The bidder company must ISO 27001 and ISO 20000 Certificate

OEMs letter from Authorized Signatory as per Formant for MAF

Power of Authorization for Signatory to sign and submit bid on behalf of bidders company

The Bidder should not be blacklisted as on date of bid submission, by Government of Karnataka or its agencies or Central / any other State/UT Government or its agencies for corrupt or fraudulent practices or for indulging in unfair trade practices or for backing out from execution of contract after award of work.

Technical Compliance Sheet for Clause 15.7-format 7 of this RFP, duly printed on the company letter head and signed by authorized signatory.
