Taking down of eaves and rainwater pipes (any size of pattern), including all fittings, heades, shoes, bends swan necks etc, including cleaning for refixing or removal to store (measured overall as fixed along the centre line over fitting and accessories), complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of Brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins,arches,pillars,etc,but excluding ashlar facing, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of cement concrete (un reinforced) in ground floor and paving n. exe 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) and removing the demolished material from side, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete in roofs, floors, slabs, beams staircase, landings, chajjas & similar suspended work, complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-charge.

Dismantling cast iron work of any description, complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Disconnecting existing tanks , setting side for repairing, cleaning etc and hoisting after cleaning and removing all scale & dirt etc from tanks and from mouth of circulating pipe etc of capacity upto and including 500 ltrs and endorsed the ward "CLEANED ON WITH DATE" with white paint including replacement of broken / unserviceable fitting such as Elbow, Tee, socket, nipple of any size etc, complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Description all as per Srl item No 6 here in before but of capacity exc 500 ltrs and upto & includiing 1000 Ltrs and endorsed the word " CLEANED ON WITH DATE" with white paint including replaceent of broken / unserviceable fitting such as Elbow, Tee, socket, nipple of any size etc, complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.50m wide and not exceeding 1.50m in depth for foundation etc or for shafts, manholes, pier holes etc n.exc 10 sqm on plan and not exc 1.50m in depth and getting out in any type of soil, complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-charge.

Returning filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removing excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50 metre and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 metre above the starting point complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Brick work with sub class 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 metre mean radius, using old size bricks, built in cement mortar 1:4 ,complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per item No 11 herein before, but except bricks. Note-Old bricks obtained against dismantling shall be used.

Plain cement concrete 1:3:6, type C-2 (40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete etc, complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Precast reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in cover slabs ( for manholes etc). and similar articles with plain faces, set in cement mortar 1:4, including demolation of existing slab, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. NOTE:-Reinforced measured and paid separataly in respective item.

RCC slab1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in slabs supported on wall, beams etc or similar works, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge..

Mild steel TMT bars 6 to 8mm dia ,cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mmdia or securing with clips, complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per item No 16 herein before, but except bars. Note-Steel bars shall be issued from MES store for free for fixing.

TMT bars 10mm dia and over in reinforcement, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with Mild Steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia, complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per item No 18 herein before, but except bars. Note-Steel bars shall be issued from MES store for free for fixing.

15 mm thick cement plaster on the fair face of brick or concrete surface in cement mortar 1:4 finished even and smooth without using extra cement,all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-charge.

Systematically Cleaning of blockage of WC Indian, Orrisa pattern or European type and bathroom/ kitchen including cleaning of Nahani traps/gully traps/floor by removing of all the mud/sludge and getting out including cleaning of SGSW or CI pipe upto Ist manhole and depositng the sludge in a pit of suitable size at a distance not exceeding 50 metres from the gully trap and covering the same with the soil obtained from excavation of of pit including all excavations and earth work complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. (The quoted rate includes for keeping particular WC under taken once for cleaning, functional for full contract period.) Note :-(i) The contractor or his authorised representative shall collect the complaints of all blockage from complaint cell/Engr-in-charge daily and all complaints will be rectified by the contractor with in same day and returne the complaint slip after completion of complaint and get receipt from concerned JE/Engr-in-charge. If he fails to complete the work with in same day then recovery will be made @150.00 per complaint per day. (ii) Work shall be done in foul conditions , necessary precautionary measures/equipments to be adopted by the contractor . (iii) Any damage caused during cleaning shall be made good by the contractor to the entire satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge without any extra cost to Govt.

Cleaning of existing sewage pipe lines 100mm/150mm/200mm/250mm internal dia at any depth by removing the manhole covers of any type/size and cleaning by means of hydraulic jet pressure machine required at site from manholes and well flushing with water after cleaning including getting out sludge if any and liquid materials from connecting manholes deposited in sewer lines removing the solids and sludge to distance place outside the defence land in closed containers and reinstating the manhole cover to its original position (cost of removal of sludge/liquid material from sewage lines is included in the rate of this item and the rate quoted also includes for keeping particular sewage line which is undertaken once for cleaning, functional for full contract period) complete all as specified and directed. Note :-(i) Work shall be done in foul conditions , necessary precautionary measures/equipments to be adopted by the contractor . (ii) The solid or semi solid sludge shall be burried in pits and fully covered with a layer of lime powder and earth. (iii) Rates quoted by the contractor shall be deemed to have considered all such contingencies including removal and refixing man hole covers. (iv) Any damage caused during cleaning shall be made good by the contractor to the entire satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge without any extra cost to Govt.

Removing the manhole covers (CI or RCC),and de-sluding/ de-watering any type of manhole rectangular/circular of any size and any depth by means of hydraulic jet pressure machine by plugging inlets as required, making it fully functional to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge including carrying the effluent outside the defence land in closed containers and re-instating the manhole cover to its original position complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. (The quoted rates includes for keeping the particular septic tank and soakage well undertaken once for de-sludging/ de-watering functional for full contact period.) Note :- (i)The solid or semi solid sludge shall be burried in pits and fully covered with a layer of lime powder and earth. (ii) Rates quoted by the contractor shall be deemed to have considered all such contingencies including removal and refixing man hole covers. (iii) Any damage caused during cleaning shall be made good by the contractor to the entire satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge without any extra cost to Govt.

Cleaning and desludging of existing septic tanks of any capacity ( exc 10 users but n exc 500 users) and including inlet and outlet chambers and soakage well, taking out sludge in any form alongwith all other foreign materials by mechanical equipment or by way of other suitable means , and removing waste material/sludge etc to a distance n.exc 50 mtr including digging , burrying in ground Complete all as specified.and as directed, Note :-(i) Work shall be done in foul conditions , necessary precautionary measures/equipments to be adopted by the contractor . (ii) The solid or semi solid sludge shall be burried in pits and fully covered with a layer of lime powder and earth. (iii) Rates quoted by the contractor shall be deemed to have considered all such contingencies including removal and refixing man hole covers. (iv) Any damage caused during cleaning shall be made good by the contractor to the entire satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge without any extra cost to Govt.

Dewatering of existing septic tanks of any capacioty (10 users to 500 user) including inlet and outlet chambers and soakage well,, taking out sewage water by mechanical pump and equipment, filling in closed tank atached with tractore or truck etc and removing the same out side from population area, complete all as specified.and as directed, Note :-(i) Work shall be done in foul conditions , necessary precautionary measures/equipments to be adopted by the contractor . (ii) Mesurement of item shall be taken as effected measurement of septic tank which is occupied by the volume of water. (iii) Rates quoted by the contractor shall be deemed to have considered all such contingencies including removal and refixing man hole covers. (iv) Any damage caused during cleaning shall be made good by the contractor to the entire satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge without any extra cost to Govt.

Cleaning of CI pipes of any dia from any floor to ground floor upto trap and Ist manhole along the wall, floor, incl rodding and inserting jute bag to clean out the residue material and well flushing with water, making functional and removing waste material to a distance n exc 50m , complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down old damaged SGSW pipes from existing lines including necessary excavation in trenches, supply, laying and jointing of new 150mm bore (internal dia) SGSW (Grade `A` pipe) and including returning, filling in, disposal of surplus soil to a distance n.exc 50m, complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Description as per item No 27 above but for 200mm bore (internal dia) SGSW pipe complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

Concrete bed to drain pipes of bore 150 mm including packing under,and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested in cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate including necessary shuttering and supports complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-charge. Note:- (i) Thickness of bed below barrel of pipe -10 cm . (ii) Width of bed :- outer dia of pipe plus 30 cm.

Concrete bed to drain pipes of bore 200 mm including packing under,and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested in cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate including necessary shuttering and supports complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-charge. Note:- (i) Thickness of bed below barrel of pipe -10 cm . (ii) Width of bed :- outer dia of pipe plus 30 cm.

100mm dia Cast iron soil, waste and vent pipes in any length with or without ears, with cement joints, laid in trenches or in floors complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

All as per item No 31 above entered but of 75 mm bore complete all as specified and as directed.

100mm dia Cast iron soil, waste and vent pipes in any length with or without ears, with cement joints and fixed along the walls with MS clamps of standard specifications, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

All as per item No 33 above but of 75 mm bore complete all as specified and as directed.

Cast iron bends (any radius),diminishing pieces or tapers (larger bore measured) for 75mm bore of pipe, fixed in repair, complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Extra over Cast iron oval access door, fixed in repair for 100/75mm bore of pipe, complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

PVC (SWR) gully trap 125/110mm setting and jointing with solvent cement with gully trap PVC cover of 300 x 300mm including dismantling of old gully trap of any description complete all as specified and directed.

PVC rain water pipe 110mm dia single socket in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to wall, complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Chromium plated 15mm dia bib taps fancy type with handle screwed down to high pressure screwed for iron pipe fixed in repairs, complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Replacement of the following broken during cleaning:-(a) Ball valve brass high pressure with polythiene float and fly nut complete screwed for broken pipe or brass terule and fixed of size 20mm bore of pipe, complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

(b) Stop valve cast copper alloy, secured down high pressure with crutch or butterfly handle, screwed both ends for iron pipe or for union and fixed of size 20mm bore dia, complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

(c ) Stop valve cast copper alloy, secured down high pressure with crutch or butterfly handle, screwed both ends for iron pipe or for union and fixed of size 15mm bore dia, complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

(d) GI water tubes 20 mm bore dia medium grade galvanised (ISI marked) with all fittings and fixed complete to walls and ceiling or laid in floor, complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

(e) GI water tubes 15 mm bore dia medium grade galvanised (ISI marked) with all fittings and fixed complete to walls and ceiling or laid in floor, complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Form work to soffits or suspended slabs such as roof slab n.exc 200mm thick (Horizontal or slopping) finished fair and even surfaces of concrete, complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Form work to edges of suspended slabs such as in floors, etc n.exc 20cm wide fair and even surface of concrete, complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
