Supply and delivery of Open well Submersible pump set conforming to IS 14220 /2002 and as amended thereafter and BEE 3 Star Rated capable of discharging the 900lpm X 50m due to all causes. The pump shall be with stainless steel shaft and dynamically balanced bronze mixed type impeller, CI FG 200 grade casing and brass screws and rotor shall be of copper rod as per IS 613/1984 with ISI mark. The pump suitable for installation in sump with 1.1KV grade 3 core suitable copper flat submersible cable to a length of 15m with necessary cable joints. The non-return valve located at the top of the pump in the discharge outlet connection is to be designed with minimum friction. Providing and laying in position Standardised Concrete Mix M-25 Grade in accordance with IS 456 - 2000 using 20mm and down graded hard broken granite stone jelly for all RCC items of works with minimum cement contenet of 350Kg/ cum and maximum water cement ratio of 0.45 including admixture (Plasticiser / super plasticiser) in recommended proportions as per IS 9103 to accelerate, related setting of concrete, improve workability without imparing strength and durability with about (5.0cum), 7730Kg of 20mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (3.3 cum), 5156kg of 10 - 12mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (4.79cum) 7670 kg of Crushed Stone Sand (M - Sand) but excluding cost of reinforcement grill and fabricating charges centering and shuttering but including laying, vibrating with mechanical vibrators, finishing, curing, etc and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor / roof slabs wherever necessary without claiming extra cost etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers - The Coarse and Fine aggregates to be used should comply with the requirements of IS standards.

Supply and fabrication of steel required for all RCC items of works involved in the schedule, cost of steel at site fabrication, labour charges for cleaning the rods straightening, cutting, bending, tying grills, including overlapping to the required length whenever necessary and placing the reinforcement in position as as per design given and specified in the drawings, including cost of binding wire, provision of spacer bars, cover blocks and all other incidental charges etc complete as per standard specification
Painting two coats of newly plastered wall surface with approved cement paint over cement plastered wall surface, ceiling and including preparing the surface, clean removal of dirt and including necessary plaster of paris putty wherever required and cost of painting materials, brushes, preparation of surfaces and scaffolding charges etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officer
Supplying and fixing in position C.I.Manhole covers (light or heavy duty) of 60 X 60cm in size in Cement Mortar 1:3 (One part of Cement and Three part of Plastering Sand (P- Sand)), of best approved quality and as per standard specifications etc.,complete.
Providing Fusion Bonded Epoxy coating not less than 175microns thickness and upto 300 microns to reinforcement of all diameters as per IS 13620/1993 including testing of coating at plant.The cost is inclusive of cost on account of careful handling, PVC coated binding wires, touchup material supplied by coating agency, repair work, loading, unloading and strengthening of bent rods etc., complete as per specification and as directed by the Engineer in charge. (inclusive of all taxes)

Providing and fixing of RCC inner access ladder to a length of 3m in RCC M20 Grade Concrete Mix as per the standard specifications for OHT including grill in position, centering, shuttering charges, mixing concrete curing etc, to required height and clear width of 45cm consisting of two nos of vertical post of 10cm X 15cm and step salb of 25mm X 25mm etc,complete and as directed by Municipal Officers.
Construction of RCC spiral staircase in RCC M20 Grade Concrete Mix as per the standard specifications of 1.80 m diameter of required height for approach to the roof of Service Reservoir with RCC Handrails including earthwork excavation, providing CC 1:4:8 mix, RCC footing 1:1.5:3 mix, GL platform etc., and also including cost of steel reinforcement, fabrication charges, scaffolding, centering, precasting charges, cement, painting etc. complete as per standard specifications and as directed by Engineer. The staircase shall be braced to the column of service reservoir at suitable interval. (in the BOQ, quantity column the exact height to be mentioned from GL to roof slab bottom to get total value of work to be done.
Supplying and fixing of RCC M20 Grade Concrete Mix as per the standard specifications for RCC Handrails of 0.91 m height over the top of roof slab of approved pattern and design including the cost of reinforcement, centering, precasting, finishing, curing etc., complete as per standard specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-charge
Providing and fixing of M20 Grade Concrete Mix as per the standard specifications for ventilators of approved pattern including cost of cement, reinforcement, centering, shuttering, strutting etc., complete as generally shown in plan and as directed.
Providing Cut stone set in CM 1:3 (one cement and three sand) using well dressed cut stone supporting inlet pipe of size 0.30 x 0.30 x 0.15m for service reservoir etc., complete as per standard specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
Providing and fixing in position of PVC water bar 150mm wide with single bulb for horizontal joints necessary holders fabrication, the rate inclusive of cost of water bar, holders fabrication and fixing in position etc complete as per standard specification and as directed by the Engineer.
