Erection of Metallic pole of following length in cement concrete 1:3:6( 1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size ) foundation including excavation and refilling etc as required. Above 10.00 metre and upto 12.00 metre.

Supplying and erection of galvanised stay set for 11 KV over head lines complete with 19/ 20 mm dia X 1.8 metres long stay rod, anchor plate of size 45 cm X 45 cm X 7.5 mm thick, thimble, stay clamps, turn buckle ( 20 mm X 600 mm ), 7/ 4.00 mm dia G.I. stay wire and 11 KV strain insulator etc in cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size ) foundation including excavation and refilling etc. as required.

Erection of stay set complete (galvanised) in cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size ) foundation including excavation and refilling etc. as required.

Erection of pole top/ straight two wire/ V shape two wire, angle iron/ channel iron, cross arm on steel tubular/ rail/ PCC pole for 11/22/33 KV as required.

Erection of Disc/pin insulator for 11kv O/H lines as required.

Erection of ACSR conductor of 7/3.35 mm to 7/4.00 diameter and above including binding etc. as required.

Erection of G.I wire 6/8 SWG including binding etc as required.

Erection of double pole 3 wire cross arm for 11KV/ 22KV/ 33 KV over head lines as required.

Supplying of two lengths of channel iron 75 mm X 40 mm X 6 mm (7.14 kg per metre) double pole cross arm for three wire 11KV over head line conductors complete with through bolts and nuts for clamping to the poles, 50 mm X 6 mm M.S. flats welded on one side to the channel iron and with bolts and nuts on the other side for tying the cross arms together, including drilling holes for insulator pins/ fittings, bolts, nuts and washers etc (as per drawing) and painting with primer and finish paint as required.

Supplying and erection of three piece nonlinear resistor type lightning arrestor suitable for 3 wire, 11 KV overhead lines with rated voltage 9 KV (rms) with a nominal discharge current rating of 5 KA and complete with galvanised clamping arrangement, G.I. bolts, nuts, washers etc. as required.

Supplying of channel iron 75 mm X 40 mm X 6 mm (7.14 kg per metre) cross arm for two 11 KV over head line conductors complete with 50 mm X 50 mm X 6 mm (angle iron bracket welded to the channel iron and complete with 50 mm X 6mm M.S. flat iron clamps, bolts and nuts including drilling holes for insulator pins, bolts, nuts and washers etc (as per drawing) and painting with primer and finish paint as required.

Earthing with G.I. earth pipe 4.5 metre long, 40 mm dia including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.

Erection of Cradle Guard as required.

Dismantling of pole/ street light standard/ strut embedded in cement concrete foundation etc. as required.

Dismantling of over head lines comprising of copper/ aluminium over head conductor, Cl. wire, cross arms, insulators etc. as required.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade: One or more coats on old work (1mtr length for pole demarcation)

Painting with aluminium paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade: One or more coats on old work (Full Pole Painting)

Lettering with black Japan paint of approved brand and manufacture (For pole & feeder numbering)

Supply of 7/4.00mm dia G.I. stay wire

Supply of 6 SWG G.I. wire

Supply of clamps with M.S. nut,bolts and washers as required.

Erection ,commissioning and testing of 11KV GOAB switch on double pole mounted structure. etc as required.

Trimming of trees & jumper checking of 3.3 KV power feeders for one day.

Dismantling of stay embedded in cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stoneaggregate 40mm nominal size) foundation including excavation and refilling etc. as required.

Supply of 11 KV pin insulator with pin washers and nuts

Supplying of 11KV disc insulator with Galvanised insulator hardware fitting ball and socket type with strain clamps, bolts, nuts and washers for 11KV over head lines

Supplying of MS nuts and bolt

Total impact of GST plus Labour Cess [@ 1 % (BOCW Cess to be deducted from the RA bill as per the value of the work progress)] for the purpose of CTC
