Finishing the top of roof with one course of machine pressed tiles of size 230mm x 230mm x 20mm of approved quality set in Cement Mortar 1:3 (One Cement and Three Crushed stone M.Sand) 12mm thick mixed with water proofing compound conforming to ISS at 2% by weight of cement used and the joints pointed neatly to full depth of tiles with the same cement mortar mixed with red oxide and water proofing compound including curing etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. (70% Old and 30% New)

Plastering in CM 1:5 to 12mm thick including cost and conveyance and all labour charges

Plastering in CM 1:3 to 10mm thick including cost and conveyance and all labour charges

Paving the floor with kota stone slab of size 600 x 600 of 18 / 20mm (un-polished) in all floors laid in of cement mortor 1:3 (one cement three M.Sand), 20mm thick and pointed with colour cement neatly including polishing with polishing stone and oxalic acid etc., so as to perfectly smooth and glossy and including hire charges for polishing machine and power consumption charges etc. The kota stone slabs and other materials to be used shall be got approved by the Executive Engineer concerned before use on work, etc., complete as per standard speicification.

Distembering two coats with cement plaster surface including cost and conveyance to site and all labours etc., complete.

Wall painting two coats with emulsion paint including cost and conveyance to site and all labours etc., complete.

Painting two coats with approved colour ready mixed paint including cost and conveyance to site and all labours etc., complete

Black board Painting two coats with approved colour ready mixed paint including cost and conveyance to site and all labours etc., complete

Provision for Rainwater pipes

Supply and fixing of 1200 mm (48") sweep AC ceiling fan complete with stepped electronic 300W regulator, with 300mm down rod on the existing clamp SD 110

Supply and fixing of single box type 4'40 W flu fitting complete with copper choke leads fromterminals to the fitting with tube (SD 89)
