Supply, Installation, testing and commissioning of air conditioners which shall be either ceiling mounted Ductable type, cassette type, High wall unit as specified here-in-after. The air conditioner shall have independent electronic control valve to control the refrigerant flow rate respond to variations of the air-conditioning load of the room. The fan shall be aerodynamically designed turbo multi blade type, Statically and dynamically balanced to ensure lowest noise, The cooling coil shall be made of seamless copper tube, The tube shall be hydraulically or mechanically expanded and tested for 21 Kg/sqcm. Indoor units shall have a wired remote control. They shall be operated through from the wired remote control from the respective rooms including taking down of old air conditioner and depositing to MES store yard complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note :- The Drain pump as a standard accessory and shall be deemed to be included in the rate quoted against Cassette/ FCU unit of Non-VRV unit.

Supply, Installation, testing and commissioning in replacement of Inter connecting refrigerant pipe work with closed cell elastomeric nitrile rubber tubular insulation between each set of indoor & outdoor units as per specifications, all piping inside the room shall be properly supported with MS hanger and all external piping shall run in covered cable tray as per specification complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note: The contractor has to get the route and sizing approved from GE before starting the work at site.

Notes for item No 5 to 7 :- (i) for payment purpose, Four runs runs of cable, one run of earth wire and one run of PVC non metallic conduit shall be measured as one running meter length. (ii) Color code shall be Red for phase, black for neutral and green for earth. (iii) Earth wire shall run inside the conduit pipe.

(a) Four pole MCCB, 630 Amps, 415 volts, 50 HZ, with adjustable thermal & magnetic release capacity 50 KA and Ics = 100 % of Icu - 01 Nos - As INCOMING (b) Four pole MCCB, 63 amps, 415 volts, 50 HZ, with adjustable thermal & magnetic release capacity 25 KA and Ics = 100 % of Icu - 10 Nos - As OUTGOING (c) Phase indicator lamp complete with copper control wiring with suitable size of CT complete - 01 (set of three). Supply, Installation, Testing and Balancing of Powder coated aluminum construction extruded Grills as per approved drawings and specifications including of volume control damper at the location of air collar complete all as specified and as directed by engineer-in-charge. Note: (i) Quoted Rates shall be deemed to include volume control damper at the location of air collar. (ii) Contractor shall submit drawing of grills to GE through Engr-in-Charge for approval before placing order for procurement.
