M&L 75 mm thick cement concrete type C-2 1:3:6 (40mm graded aggregate) as in sub base complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 20-22mm thick machine cut kota stone slab flooring jointed and pointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab laid over and including 20mm thick screed bed of CM 1:6 with neat cement slurry @ 3 Kg/Sqm on sub base including rubbing and polishing complete all as specified and directed by Engr -in Charge.

M&L 20-22mm thick machine cut kota stone in riser of steps, skirting, dado and pillar laid over and including 10 mm thick rendering of CM 1:4 including rubbing and polishing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Brick work with sub class 'B' bricks (old size) straight or curved on plan exc 6m in mean radius, built in CM 1:6 and including demolition of old brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar or cement or cement lime morta including all quoins, arches,pillars, etc, complete all as specified.

M & L Preparing of new plastered surfaces and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat primer wall, pillers, cornices etc complete all as specified.

Material and labour for preparation of new surface decorated brick/concrete plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls, pillars, cornices by brooming down etc and applying two coat of cement base paint etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr -in Charge.

M&L Preparation of new steel surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer, complete all as specified.

M&L Preparation of new wooden surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of pink primer, complete all as specified.

M & L 75 mm thick Cement concrete work as in plinth protection type C-1 , 1:3:6 (20mm graded aggregates) with finishing cement concrete surface even and smooth without using extra cement and including demolition of old PCC ground floor and in paving n exc 15 cm thick complete all as specified and directed by Engr -in Charge.

M & L for Chequered cement concrete tiles 30 cmx 30cm x 25mm thick (coloured) with colour pigment cement and pigments, set , jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floor laid over and including 20 mm thick avg screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and dirtected by Engr-in-Charge .

Taking down carefully old unserviceable copper/aluminium point wiring From existing conduit / batten type (light, fan, socket or power point) complete such as switches, ceiling rose, pendent holder, regulator and socket etc are to be measured seperately and making good the disturbed surface of complete all as directed.

M&L for point wiring complete with 1.5 Sq mm (nominal area) FRLS, PVC insulated un-sheathed and stranded copper conductor cable ISI marked and including PVC concealed conduit ISI marked of size 20 mm dia medium grade and PVC conduit fittings such as tees, bends, elbow, reducers except conduit junction box (junction box will be of MS) including FRLS, PVC insulated unsheathed 1.5 Sqmm copper earth wire, connecting to common earth dolly with and incl Metal flush box and cover plate of suitable sizes for fixing modular switches/sockets/fan regulator etc , complete all as directed.

(a) one light point / fan point/ wall fan point/ bell/ buzzer controlled by one 1-way switch/ bell push.

(b) one socket outlet point 5 amps on the same board.

(c) one socket outlet point 5 amps on the independent board.

S&F in replacement of Distribution Board double Door made out of CRCA mild steel sheet surface with insulated material like polyester or with epoxy powder coating and IP 43 & IK 09 protection, surface mounting, SPN 06 way, 240 volts with bus bar rating 200 Amps including dust and vermin proof and making all necessary connections complete all as directed.

S&F in replacement MCB SPN C Curve type, 10 KA, 40 to 63 Amp, with over load and short circuit protection complete all as directed.

S&F in replacement of MCB SP, C Curve type, 10 KA, 10 to 32 Amp, with over load and short circuit protection complete all as directed.

Material and labour for earthing complete with GI earth plate electrode 600mm x 600mm x 6mm thick buried directly in ground not less than 2.25 mtrs below ground level with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 mtr deep below normal ground level connected to galvinised earth wire 4 mm by means of nuts, bolts and check nut to earth plate and to main board or DB including necessary PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 pit, cover frame , GI pipe 15 mm dia light grade for protection and GI pipe 20 mm dia medium grade for watering with funnel, wire mesh, salt and charcoal dust all over the plate all as specified and as directed.
