REPAIR TO SECURITY WALL, FENCING, DRAIN AND OTHER MISC REPAIR WORKS IN AOR OF AGE BR-I UNDER GE (W) PATHANKOT

Desilting and cleaning of blocked storm water drain/ nallaha and culvert etc by removal of mud, soil, aggregate, debris manually and removal to a distance exc 50m but n.exc 100m and depositing in low lying area, etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Plain Cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in benching, surface channels , drains and the like complete all as specified and directed.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mitred/stopped ends etc.complete all as specified and directed.

Carefully dismantling existing barbed wire fencing with angle iron post embeded on wall and refixing the same on new or old locations after repairing etc or removing unsv iron post from the site complete all as specified and directed. Note-PCC for bed block and painting to post shall measured and paid seprately under respective items.

Demolition of cement Concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete in all respect as specified and directed.

M&L for 75 mm thick cement concrete type C-2, 1:3:6 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in Sub-base to floor finishes.

M&L for coloured machine pressed precast rubber moulded concrete interlocking red/yellow) paver block of any shape and size with 6-8mm white cement layer mixed with pigment and coated with epoxy coating having glossy finish confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60mm thickness, M-35 Grade, laid dry over and including 50mm thick sand filling under paver, properly levelled etc, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for coloured machine pressed precast rubber moulded concrete interlocking red/yellow) paver block of any shape and size with 6-8mm white cement layer mixed with pigment and coated with epoxy coating having glossy finish confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 80mm thickness, M-40 Grade, laid dry over and including 50mm thick sand filling under paver, properly levelled etc, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Chequered cement concrete tiles 20cm x 20cm x 25mm thick,with grey cement and no pigments set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors incl 20 mm thick screed bed in cm 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for non abrasive paving (endura) tiles 300mm x 300mm x10mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement over & including 15mm screed bed CM 1:4 to match complete al as specified and directed.Note:-The texture ,colour ,Shade of tiles & laying of tiles to any pattern & any design with one or more colours shall be approved by GE complete all as specified and directed.
