Repairing of unserviceable light point, fan point, socket point 5A/16A, switches sockets, fan regulator, light fixtures any type of lamp, MCB DBs & all electrical acessories and day to day /door to door maintenance, making the points/accessories serviceable in all respect with replacement of any minor parts like small length of wires (upto 1 mtr) adhesive cable and other connected minor acessories. work shall also include to check & removal of leakge in service connection/submains of houses as and when directed. The scope also include cutting of existing bakelite sheet to accommodate new wiring acessories like switches,sockets,fan regulator etc. Note : (i) Any other replacement of major items shall be measured & paid under respective items as supply only. Fixing charge of electrical accessories like, Switch, Sockets etc is deemed to be included in the item rate of attending complaint. (ii) Contractor representative/engineer will report to JE E/M/ Engr-in-charge daily at morning to collect routine/urgent works related to internal electric supply till completion of contract. The work shall be attended by the contractor representative immediately. The contractor will ensure availability of manpower equipped with all sort of petty items such as insulation tape, galvanised screwes, nuts, bolts, washers etc required to accomplish the job. The contractor will also ensure as availability of every type of requisite T&P items to his tradesman. All routine/ urgent job received on job slip will be repaired & got signatue of user's and will be deposited to JE E/M with in 24hrs. In case of any delay in attending the complaint more than 12hrs after handing over of routine/urgent works, the contractor shall be liable to pay the penalty. (iii) Contractor shall be penalised @ Rs. 100/- per complaint per day, if he fails to attend the complaint within 12 hours.

Taking down carefully old point wiring (Light / Fan/ Socket/ Bell Point ) with aluminium/ copper conductor cable complete including fittings such as ceiling rose, holders, regulators, bell, switch and socket from existing concealed conduits and making good the disturbed surface of wall/ floor complete to match with the existing surface/finishes all as specified.

Material and labour for point wiring with 1.5 sqmm cable FRLS PVC insulated, unsheathed copper multistranded conductor, 1100 V grade of size 1.5 sqmm including necessary termination board 1.5 Sqmm PVC insulated unsheathed FRLS copper conductor as earthing and connected to common earthing with PVC heavy duty casing caping/PVC conduit ISI marked as rquired at site along with all accessories and making good the disturbed surfaces of wall/ ceiling etc for the following : -

(a) One light point/ one fan point/ Bell Point controlled by one switch

(b) One 3 pin socket outlet, 5 Amp independent

(c) All as per item 9 here - in - before but One 3 pin socket outlet 5 Amps on same board with other switches

All as per item No 9 above but for point wiring for power point with 2.5 Sqmm FRLS PVC insulated unsheathed copper cable 1100 Volt grade drawn through and including PVC casing caping heavy duty ISI marked /heavy duty conduit ISI marked as required at site alongwith accessories with 2.5 Sq mm FRLS PVC insulated unsheathed copper conductor cable as earthing and connected to common earth all as specified.

Supply & fix in repair Enduara flat pannel ultra slim energy efficient recessed mounted LED 36 watt 6500K.220 V AC luminaire suitable for 2X2 ft grid ceiling out put of including LED lamps and taking down old and unsv fittings from site complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fix in repair LED light fitting mirror type 2 feet long 10 Watt,220 V AC decorative type with driver holder including LED lamps and neccessary connection prewired and making connection with 3 core copper flexible cable of appropriate size from ceilling rose/PVC connector to light fittings complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repair wall mounted LED light fittings with LED tube light 1x18 watts AC decorative ultra slim square profile linear including driver holder with extruded polycarbonate enviromental freindly , energy efficient type 4 feet long channel type bracket including neccessary connection prewired and making connection with 3 core copper flexible cable of appropriate size from ceilling rose/PVC connector to light fittings complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repair for Distribution board double door made out of sheet metal enclosure (CRCA sheet) dust and vermin proof SPN 8 way with 200 Amps rated copper bus bar neutral bar, earth bar IP 43 protection, single pole and neutral 250 volts, flush to wall / fixed on surface complete all as specified and directed .

Supply and fixing in repair for Distribution board double door made out of sheet metal enclosure (CRCA sheet) dust and vermin proof SPN 4 way with 200 Amps rated copper bus bar neutral bar, earth bar IP 43 protection, single pole and neutral 250 volts, flush to wall / fixed on surface complete all as specified and directed .

Supply and fix in repair MCB single pole & neutral 240 volt C curve 10 KA 63 Amps capacity IP 20 complete all as specified and directed .

Supply and fixin repair MCB single pole & neutral 240 volt C curve 10 KA 40 Amps capacity IP 20 complete all as specified and directed .

Supply and fix in repair MCB single pole, 6 to 32 Amp 240 volt B curve 10 KA, IP 20 complete all as specified and directed .

Supply and fix in repair LED driver suitable for celing lights of 36 Watt complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for rewinding of exhaust fan 200/250 mm sweep, by dismantling of fan motor, cutting and removing burnt windings, cleaning, winding with super enameled copper wire of superior quality, thickness as per existing gauge and number of wire turns as per existing winding, provn of insulation paper, applying varnish, drying varnish and re-assembling of fan including replacement of gun metal bush & ball bearing where ever required complete as specified and directed. Note : (i) cost of gun metal bush and bearing included in this item. (ii) cost includes taking down and refixing the same

S & F in replacement of existing UNSV LED security light of 30 Watt new technology consist of a die cast body with heat resistant toughend glass & IP 65 protection level in existing GI bracket of 40mm dia 1.5 mtr long bent to shape and making necessary connection complete all as specified and directed by Engr- In- Charge.

Supply and fix in repair PVC heavy duty casing and caping of size 25mm including all fixing accessories complete all as specified and directed .
