Supply of 8 SWG GI wire.

Dismantling of overhead lines comprising of aluminium over head conductors, GI wire, cross arms, insulators etc. as required conductor dog 6.3 km x 394 kg/km = 2482.20 kg, Angle 25 mtr + Cross arm Channel 120 mtr = 145 mtr x 7.14 kg = 1035.30 kg , Disc insulator with hardware 72 nos x 5 kg = 360 kg , Pin insulator with GI Pin 102 nos x 1.5 kg = 153 kg total 4030.50 kg

Dismantling of pole embedded in cement concrete foundation etc as required.

Supply and erection of Stay set complete galvanized for 11 KV OH line with 19/20 mm dia x 1.8 mtr long stay rod , anchor plate of size 45 cm x 45 cm x 7.5 mm thick, thimble , stay clamps ,turn buckle ( 20 mm x 600 mm ) 7/4.00 mm dia GI stay wire and 11 KV strain insulator etc in cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement :3 coarse sand :6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size ) foundation including excavation and refilling etc as required

Supplying of 50 mm x 8 mm M.S.flat iron pole top bracket cross arm for single 11 kv OH line conductor complete with fixing clamps bolts, nuts and washers drilling holes for insulators pins, bolt and nut etc and painting with primer and finish paint as required

Erection of pole top straight two wire / V shape two wire angle iron channel cross arm on steel tubular pole for 11 KV as required

Supplying of Channel iron 75 mm x 40 mm x 6mm (7.14 kg per mtr). bracket cross arm for two wire 11 KV OH line conductor complete with 50 mm x 50 mm x 6 mm flat iron clamps bolts and nuts including drilling holes for insulators pins bolt and nut etc and painting with primer and finish paint as required

Supplying of two lengths of channel iron 75 mm x 40 mm x 6 mm (7.14 kg / mtr ) double pole cross arm for 3 wire 11 KV OH line conductors with through bolts and nuts for clamping to the poles 50 mm x 6mm M S Clamp welded on one side to the channel iron and with bolts and nuts on the other side for tying the cross arm together, including drilling holes for insulators pins fitting bolts, nuts and washers etc painting with primer and finish paint as required.

Erection of angle iron/ channel iron cross arm on wood/ RCC/ PCC/ steel tubular/ rail pole etc. as required

Supplying and erection of a set of cross bracing FRLSame work for 11 KV over head line double pole structure having four members fabricated out of 50 mm X 50 mm X 6 mm angle iron to form a rectangle of minimum size 1400 mm width X 2500 mm height, complete with 50 mm X 6mm M.S. flat iron clamps, bolts and nuts including drilling holes for insulator pins, bolts and nuts etc (as per drawing) and painting with primer and finish paint as required.

Supply and erection of 11 KV Pin insulator with large steel head GI pins nuts washers etc as required.

Supply and erection of 11 kv disc insulator for 11KV OH line for galvanized insulator fittings ball and socket type and complete with strain clamps, bolt nut washers etc .as required

Providing of 400 Amp 11 KV grade vertical type Gang operating switch with handle and pipe.

Dismantling of old, defective, unserviceable 400 Amps Gang Operating Switch from DP Structure.

Fitting and fixing of 400 Amps Gang Operating Switch on DP Structure, testing and commissioning etc

Transportation of old and new pole. (As per requirement)

Dismantling of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed/ XLPE power cable of 11 KV grade of size above 120 sqmm and upto 400 sqmm direct in ground including excavation and refilling the trench etc as required.

Applying priming coat : With ready mixed red oxide zinc chromate primer of approved brand and manufacture on steel galvanized iron With ready mixed red oxide zinc chromate primer of approved brand and manufacture on steel work (second coat)/steel works.

Painting with aluminium paint of approved brand and manufacturer to give an even shade two or more coats on new work.

Lettering with black Japan paint of approved brand and manufacture for Numbering of poles. 140 cm x 35 nos pole = 4900 letter

Providing and Making of steel pole collar with cement concrete 1:3:6 stone aggregate 20 mm of specified size and shape including form work, plastering if required, curing etc as required (30 nos x 0.75 cum )

Connection of OH Line jumper as required

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed/ XLPE power cable of 11 KV grade of size upto 120 sqmm direct in ground including excavation, sand cushioning, protective covering and refilling the trench etc as required.

Providing and making of chemical earth electrode 80mm dia x 3 mtr long with its pit arrangement 4’ x 4’ x 3 mtr size.

Providing and fixing of GI strip 25 mm x 5 mm on surface or in recess for connections etc as required.

Welding of GI strip from earth pit to OH line and sub station equipment.

Providing of 400 Amps 11 KV grade one phase Male contact with copper tape 25 mm x 0.5 mtr long of brass make for gang operating switch for Vertical type

Providing of 400 Amps 11 KV grade one phase Female contact with connector of brass make for gang operating switch Vertical type

Supply and fixing of 11 KV Grade post insulator for making of Horn Gap Fuse

Repairing one phase 11 KV grade 400 Amps Gang operating switch after removing of defective and burnt part and replacement the same of above materials

Supplying and erection of three piece nonlinear resistor type lightning arrestor suitable for 3 wire, 11 KV overhead lines with rated voltage 9 KV (rms) with a nominal discharge current rating of 5 KA and complete with galvanised clamping arrangement, G.I. bolts, nuts, washers etc. as required
