The work involves following components....
a) Removing the Dome of biogas plant & reassembling after the repairing work over with the help of hydra & labour.
b) Cleaning primary, main digesters, manure collection drum by removing slurry, soil & washing it by clean water.
c) Welding the damaged parts, if it is rusted & beyond repair, then improve it with reinforced fiberglass coating.
d) FRP coating to inside body of main & primary digesters.
e) Repairing of biogas supply pipeline from dome to balloon to stoves in canteen.
f) Repairing leakages of biogas storage balloon.
g) Restart/Commissioning of biogas plant by inserting cattle dung/bacteria from another running plant. h) Supply of Biogas plant Machinery :
Biomass grinder -2 HP, III phase, capacity-250Kg/hr
Panel Board, Cables, MCB, Starter, III-phase connections, sockets etc and Air compressor-1Hp, III phase. i) Supply P&F, transportation, erection, commissioning of all machinery Compete j) Supply pipeline for the biogas dome to the generator
k) Biogas pipeline & vacuum pump- pipes UPVC/GI ( 1 &1.5 inch BSP) & pipe fittings (Underground pipeline)
