Demolition of cement concrete in ground floors and pavings n exc 15cm thick (below or above GL) and removing the rubbish outside MoD land complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position including any type of roof treatment, PCC padding, lime concrete etc,complete all as specified and directed. Note: All Demolished material / debries will be taken by the contractor out side the air force station Nal without any extra cost to the govt.The contractor shall quote his rate keeping this aspect in mind.

Demolition of brick or stone masonary built in cement mortar incl all quoins, arches, pillar etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of RCC of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L reinforced cement concrete M 25 as in Slabs supported on walls,beams and columns in floors,roofs, landings, balconies,canopies, deck slabs and in shelves and the like etc complete all as spd and directed.

M&L 75mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40mm graded aggregate) as in plinth protection laid in alternet bays, surfaces finished even & smooth whtiout using extra cement including making joints complete all as specified and directed.

Roughening surface of old concrete floor by picking sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust etc and including brushing neat cement slurry with 3 Kg/Sqm in roofs,complete all as specified and directed

M&L cutting grooves in brick wall for inserting APP membrane and other works, size of groove 75mm wide and 65mm deep and shaping horizontal face of grooves and making good with cement mortar 1:3 or PCC 1:2:4. all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in padding over roof over old RCC roof surfaces and the surface finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed .

M&L Cement concrete 1:2:4 type B0,(using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) as in roof kerbs or mud stops, on junction of parapet, coping etc cement concrete surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 15 mm thick plaster in cement mortar 1:4 mixed with water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement, on concrete surfaces of roofs finished even and smooth without using extra cement and complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Water proofing compound shalll be measured and paid for seperately under respective item of this schedule.

Supply only integral water proofing compound conforming to IS-2645 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L APP based grit finish polymeric membrane minimum weighing 3Kg/Sqm and minimum 3mm thick, reinforced with polyster non wove fabric (wt. not less than 150 gms/Sqm ) laid by torch forced application over a coat of bitumen 85/25 grade applied hot @ 1.20 Kg/Sqm laid over and including a priming coat using btuminious primer @0.40 litre / sqm, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 20mm thick Pre-cast cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1, (10mm to 12.5mm graded stone aggregate) as in slabs bedded and jointed with and including 15 mm thick screed in cement mortar 1:6 and pointed in cement mortar 1:3 complete all as specified and directed .

Dismantling water tanks exc 250 litre but not exc. 500 litre capacity and removing to store complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing 500 litre capacity rotational moulded polythene water storage tanks (clyndrical vertical with closed top) triple layered (white) hoisted and fixed in position incl providing PTMT ball valve 20mm bore (Minimum weight 210 gms) with epoxy coated Aluminium rod fixed complete all as specified.

S&F in repair 20 mm bore Gun-metal globe or gate valves, with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting existing tanks of 500 Ltr Capacity, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning, etc. and hoisting if required reconnecting and re-fixing in position after Cleaning and removing all scale and dirt, etc, from tanks and from mouths of circulating pipes incl fixing of float valve of any dia all as specified and directed. Note:- (i) While carrying out the cleaning work, inlet and outlet pipe shall be plugged properly so that sand, mud water etc may not enter inside the tank. However, after completion of cleaning work, connections to water tank shall be made properly. (ii) After cleaning, if any blockage is noticed during connection work, the same shall be rectified by the contractor at his own without any extra cost. This aspect shall be kept in mind while quoting the rates. (iii) Writing letter or figures (Block Roman) on service water tank of 5 cm hight and 5 cm width such as "CLEANED ON DD/MM/YY"

Supply & fixing as in repairs Ball valve 20mm bore high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated Aluminium rod & high density plastic ball screwed for iron pipe and fixed complete all as specified and directed. (Minimum weight 210 gms ).

Taking up or down 20 mm bore steel tubing and connection and removing from site complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only 20 mm bore old steel tubing and connections with new tube fittings in new or old position (Walls, ceiling, floors, etc.) complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Old Serviceable pipe retrieved by taking down vide respective items here-in-before shall be re-used.

Supply and fixing 20mm bore galvanised steel tubes "medium grade" with and incl all fittings complete to walls and ceiling or laid in floors complete all as specified & directed.

Taking down eaves gutters and rainwater pipes (any size or pattern), including all fittings, heads, shoes, bends, swan-necks, etc., including cleaning or refixing or removal to Store (measured overall as fixed along the centre line over fittings and accessories) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs 110 mm dia PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to walls complete all as specified and directed.

S&F PVC (SWR) bend 110 mm dia any radius complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for repairing of soffit of RCC slab and similar works by dismantling of loose/ disintegrated portion of RCC at any height and in any situation (including provn of support, formwork and welding of reinforcement with weld mesh of weight not less than 3 kg/ sqm and dubbing 1st coat of 20 to 25mm thick in cm 1:3 finished rough and finishing coat of 10mm thick in cm 1:3 finished even and smooth without using extra cement after applying cement slurry @ 3.00 Kg/Sqm and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed. Note : (i) Unit rate of this items includes the cost of scaffolding, form work etc and nothing extra shall be paid on account of variation if heights (ii) The measurement of finished plaster of 2nd coat provided on surface in sqm shall be the mode of measurement aganst this item

Material and labour mild steel TMT bars 6 to 8mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia. or securing with clips complete all as specified.

Formwork to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landings and similar work, rough finished surfaces of flat, concrete not exceeding 200mm thick (Horizontal or sloping),etc complete all as spd and directed.

Formwork to rough finished surfaces of concrete, edges of concrete flats, treads, breaks in floors, window cills, concrete railings,openings in concrete walls, floor and roofs n exc 20 cm wide and sides of RCC/PCC bands in walls, horizontal or sloping and similar work exc 10cm but n exc 20cm wide,etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour brick work with sub class ‘B’ bricks of class designation 7.5 all as per IS-1077-1992 (minimum compressive strength of brick 75 kg / Sqcm) old size bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6 metre mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified & directed.

All as per description of serial item No. 30.00 here in before but as in half brick thick walls built in cement mortar 1:4

Taking down cement plaster of any description on brick wall surfaces etc including raking out joints hacking for key , scrubbing down down with water etc complete all as specified. Note:- The demolished materials should be disposed off out side the MOD land. The contractor shall quote his rates considering the above element.

M&L 5 mm thick plaster in cement mortar 1:4 mixed with water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement, finished even and smooth without using extra cement over 10mm thick rendering on faces of brick work on concrete surface in cement mortar 1:4 to be even and fair and complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Water proofing compound shalll be measured and paid seperately under respective item.

M&L rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 on brick or concrete surfaces, finishing the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L rendering 10mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 on ceiling finishing the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls including all cornices, pillasters etc and applying two coats of oil bound distemper (white or tinted) over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

M & L three coats of white wash on newly plastered surfaces of walls including preparation of surfaces complete all as specifed and directed.

M & L three coats of white wash on newly plastered surfaces of ceiling including preparation of surfaces complete all as specifed and directed.

M&L Preparation of newly plastered or unplastered surfaces on walls and applying two coats of exterior emultion paint in camouflage pattern over and including a coat of alkali resistant primer complete all as specified.

Dismantling of Asbestos cement (corrugated, semi-corrugated, etc.) sheets in roof coverings incl ridge etc. complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 6 mm thick Asbestos cement corrugated sheet in roof, fixed with J or L hook or cranked bolt with washers.complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only 6 mm thick Asbestos cement corrugated sheet in roof, fixed with J or L hook or cranked bolt with washers in small areas. complete all as specified and directed. Note: old serviceable AC sheets retreived by taking down vide respective item of this schedule shall be re-used.

S&F Asbestos cement two-piece adjustable plain wing ridge 6mm thick,with J or L hook or cranked bolt with washers. complete all as specified and directed.

S&F MS Framed brackets of angles or tees with web and flanges cut to shape, drilled and countersunk for screw, including bending and welding angles, as necessary, gusset plates, riveting, etc.including cutting tops to shape as directed, embeding in concrete and screwing etc, wind ties for roof including bolts drilling holes, notching for wire etc, flat iron fillets (for securing GI sheet etc) and including all necessary drilling or cutting holes in brick/ concrete surfaces and making good, welding work, bolting or reveting etc and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165

M&L Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick and 150 GSM of colour as approved having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Hand rails, half round or other stock section, for doors, balusters, nosing to steps incl embeding in concrete and screwing etc. wind ties for roof including securing bolts; posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes,notching for wire etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting etc.,and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer on new steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm width of girth incl preperation of surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs ceiling board of Arm Gyp-FB ceiling snow Frost vinyl face, washable metallized polyester foil backing , vinyl covered edges, suspended ceiling on suspension system. Panels shall be of Size 600 mm x 600 mm x 9 mm , having 7 kg/SQM complete all as specified and directed.
