Servicing, Overhauling, Cleaning of 11KV HT SF-6 Panel Including all Mechanical, Electrical and Interlocking parts of breaker CT's, PT's, Coating and dismantling and fixing of above-mentioned material as per panel requirement for making Tripping system and Circuit Breaker operational i.e. tripping & closing on local and remote, Painting of all panels complete in all respect with double coat of Asian/Narolac paint as required. Refilling top of the SF-6 Gas as required.

Labour charges for overhauling/Oiling/ Greasing /Cleaning of LT Panels Bus- Bar and ACB and smooth functioning of Mechanism and replacement of supporting insulator, providing minor material like nut bolts, Indication Lamp, LED Type, washer etc as per site Requirement

Painting & writing work rear and front side of LT Panel of outer & inner side.(Make: Narolac, Asian, Burger)

(C) Distribution Transformer (Oil type, 1000 KVA) (Make: NEI ) Repairing/Plugging of Oil leakage of 1000 KVA Transformer taking out of transformer oil & refilling after dehydration /filtration the same with test report of the same. Providing & fixing of new suitable gasket & suitable ring as required, dismantling of bushings, Servicing & re-fixing the same as required. Checking & tightening of earthing point & cables/bus trucking termination. Drying the silica gel/top up of the transformer oil. (Extra oil shall be provided departmentally if reqd.)

Cleaning of oil spots/dust & after cleaning of 1000 KVA transformer, spray painting with enamel paint double coat (Narolac/ Asian make) of color combination with existing color of the transformer & Nomenclature as required.

Replacement of oil lookout glasses of conservator tank and Bucchloz relay
