Outsourcing services by employing one number lower division clerks for E-1 Section of this office for the working days only as per the orders given daily by the section incharge complete all as specified and directed.

Outsourcing services by employing one number lower division clerks for E-2 Section/AGE B&R Beas of this office for the working days only as per the orders given daily by the section incharge complete all as specified and directed. Note for Srl item No 1 to 2 :- Minimum qualification for lower division clerk shall be passed plus Two from the Govt recongnised board with an eleven month diploma of basic computers and at least one year experience in the trade. Contractor shall submit necessary documents for the qualification & experience before commencement of work for each lower division clerk employed by him to Engineer-in-Charge.

Outsourcing services by employing one number lower division clerks for E-8 Section of this office for the working days only as per the orders given daily by the section incharge complete all as specified and directed. Note for Srl item No 3 :- (a) Minimum qualification for lower division clerk shall be passed plus Two from the Govt recongnised board with an eleven month diploma of basic computers and at least one year experience in the trade. Contractor shall submit necessary documents for the qualification & experience before commencement of work for each lower division clerk employed by him to Engineer-in-Charge. (b) LDC shall be deployed by the Contractor in E8 Section with qualification as per Note No (a) above.

Outsourcing of services for sweeping open area roads, cleaning/moping offices, cleaning of toilets, door/Wndiw glass panes, dusting of tables, chair etc, making the arrangement of furniture after clening, removal of cob/Weds, cleaning of roofs/drains etc in one shift per day (each shift of 8 hours) by deploying Six number of Safai wala per shift during office working hours at Kapurthala & Beas under GE Kapurthala complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge/GE. Note : (i) The consumable items like borrms, acid, napthalin balls, soap etc shall be given by Deptt. (ii) Minimum qualification for Safai Walas shall be passed Eighth Class from the Govt recongnised school/board. Contractor shall submit necessary documents for the qualification & experience before commencement of work for each Safai wala employed by him to the Engineer-in-Charge.

Outsourcing services for maintenance and upkeep of GE Kapurthala by employing (01) One number of Mali for the main Office GE Kapurthala ( GE KPT office complex, AGE E/M, AGE B/R,BSO Yard, Store Yards and AO office) for the working days only as per orders given daily by the Engineer-in-Charge complete all as specified and directed. Works including maintenance of Plants/hedges/ grass by weeding hosing, saucer making, carpet grass, pruning dried branches as and when required, depositing the material at places as directed by Engineer-in-Charge/GE. Note :- (a) Minimum qualification for Mali shall be passed Eighth Class from the Govt recongnised school/board having two years experience in the same field.

(b) Contractor shall submit necessary documents for the qualification & experience before commencement of work for Mali employed by him to the Engineer-in-Charge. (c) Unit quoted against item No 4 & 5 shall be deemed to include all labour, tool and regular watering, using necessary sprinklers, including supply and spreading/spraying orgnic, manure, chemicals, fertilizers, pesticides to the required extent, complete all as specified and directed by GE. (d) All T&P and consumable item like Garden soil mannure, neem oil, shrubs, fora and fauna, hedges etc shall be given by the Deptt. However, maintability T&P items shall be responsiblilty of contractor in case of defect/ breakdown of T&P, same shall be repaired within 48 hrs, failing to which Rs 100.00 per day will be recovered.

Notes for Srl item No 1 to 5 above (i) Every trademan while on duty (Serial item No 4 & 5) shall wear a proper uniform. The firm will provide the high quality uniform with Name plate to Safaiwala and Mali on his own expenses. It is the duty of the Safaiwala and mali to wear neat and clean uniform. The cost of unit form is deemed to be included in unit rate quoted by the contractor and no extra payment shall be admissible on this account. If any complain attended while on duty is found not in uniform, a penal recovery of Rs 200.00 per workman per day shall be levied and will be recovered from RAR/final bill. (ii) If any workman is found absent during duty timings, a penanlty as stated under shall be recovered from the RAR/final bill in addition to cost of any damage to equipment/installation building :- (a) LDC - Rs 1200.00 per absent day. (b) Sweeper/Malii - Rs 500.00 per absent day.

(iii)The working days and timings for Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday shall be 9.00 AM to 5.00 PM with half an hour break from 1.00 PM to 1.30 PM. The working day and timings for Wednesday and Saturday shall be 9.00 AM to 2.00 PM. The Sunday will be the holidays. There will be no work for the Gazetted holidays as declaired by the Garrison Engineer Kapurthala. (iv) The attendance of the individual shall be made by the Section incharge and shall be handed over to the Engineer-in-Charge. (v) The minimum age for all the trades shall not be less than Eighteen years and maximum age for this trade shall not be more than thirty year of age. (vi) Obtaining security passes and police verification will be responsibility of contractor for manpower employed by him. (vii) Contractor shall provide all tools and safety equipments required for day to day working for Safai wala & Mali without any extra cost to the Govt. (viii) Necessary attendance register will be maintained for the manpower employed by contractor by the section in charge. (ix) Incase if the performance of any cleark/mali/ Safaiwala is not satisfactory he shall be replaced by the contractor with other one within seven days from written notice by GEas directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
