Erection, installation, testing, training, trial run, commissioning and handing over entire system including cost of all labours, materials, consumables, tools tackles, equipments, input services, supervision at all points of time for successful completion of works in all respects forGeodesic Aluminium Dome Roof for conversion of existing 01 No. External Floating Roof (EFR) Tank (6100 KL Capacity, 24 M Dia X 15 M Ht.) into Internal Floating Roof (IFR) Tank at Barauni Marketing Terminal under BSO. The scope of the work for this item includes as below but not limited to the following 1. Bidder shall visit the site, verify all dimensions and certify the adequacy of the existing tank for installation of the dome roof. No extra claim due to site conditions shall be entertained. 2. All structural strengthening and tank modifications required for installation of the dome roof shall be in the bidder's scope. 3. Bidder shall provide all statutory safety arrangements, including fire screen, firefighting equipment, water curtain, scaffolding and fall protection, without extra cost. 4. Dome roofs should accommodate all existing tank appurtenances such as foam system, radar gauge, level gauge, gauge well, vents, nozzles and other accessories. 5. Necessary modifications to the rolling ladder, ladder track and associated supports shall be carried out by the bidder. 6. Modifications to shell attachments, extension plates, foam pourers, gauge wells and other accessories shall be included in the scope. 7. Dismantling, shifting, fabrication, erection, welding, alignment and restoration of all modified components shall be included. 8. Standard triangular skylight panels shall be provided. 9. Permanent roof inspection and maintenance access shall be provided. 10. Roof walkways, platforms, handrails and access systems shall comply with OSHA requirements. 11. Third Party Inspection (TPI) approved by IOCL shall cover design review, material inspection, stage inspection, pre-dispatch inspection and final certification. TPI charges shall be borne by the bidder. 12. Any item required for safe, complete and successful commissioning of the dome roof, though not specifically mentioned, shall be deemed included in the bidder's scope with no extra cost.
