M&L for dismantling centrifugal induction motor from foundation and transport to work shop for rewinding after taking out burnt winding wire from motor of capacity 100 HP three phase, rewinding with copper wire of suitable gauge or as per existing gauge complete including all required insulation material and transport back to site after testing and commissioning complete all as specified and directed. Note : a) The Motor testing will be done before installation on No load for any unbalance load and should be free from vibration and if found unsatisfactory no payment will be done to contractor for defective motor. b) Necessary thimbles, lugs, insulation tape, nut bolts and all items required for installation of motor at site will be included in the rate quoted by the contractor. No extra payment will be done to contractor. b) After dismantling of induction motor repair of PCC foundation work will be executed during the winding work with replacement of base frame of angle iron of existing size of angle if found damaged or deformed. These items will be measured and paid separately under relevant items.

Note: (i) Any fault such as short cicuit, earth fault, burning of submersible cable due to unbalance load or any other reason occur in the motor after repair during the currency of contract will be bear by the contractor and quoted rates are deemed to be included in the item for rectification of the fault.
