Cleaning, Sweeping of rooms inside the building including cleaning and removing dust from doors and windows and curtains including cost of all materials (Once in two days) including cleaning of cob-web etc., complete.

Watering the floor area, watering lawns, plants and cleaning the surface of passage, bathroom staircase, dadooing walls etc., including cost of all materials such as phenyle, lizol, etc., complete.

Cleaning and removing stains in wash basins, Pedestals, water closets including flushing tank with stain remover including cost of all materials, labour charges etc., complete as directed by engineer in-charge.

Care-taking the guest house, building servicing in the guest house such as providing water and attending telephone calls and maintaining the telephone register at the guest house Daily (3 Shifts). (8 Hours per shift)
