Material and labour for Cleaning, desludging and removing of all scales and dirt from external surface of OH Pressed Steel Tank of capacity 9600/10000 gallons installed at height upto 40' staging by complete removal of old paint/ rust by applying detergent and scrapping / wire brushing/sand papering and washing with clear water and painting of external/internnal surface of PS OH tank complete with two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer including painting of structure and connected all pipe lines (rising mains and delivery lines) from tank as per colour coading and write (Size of lettering 75 mm height) on indicated space at a height 3.5 mtr from ground level (ie. DATE OF CLEANING................, CAPACITY OF TANK ..................etc.) in black synthetic paint over white synthetic enamel paint all as directed and specified. NOTE : (a) Cost of staging/working platform involved shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted. M&L for spray painting (including bringing compressor of suitable size at site) old painted steel or iron surface of 250KVA transformer (11/0.433KV) complete with all connected fittings & fixtures i.e. buchholz relay, conservator tank, cooling fins and other standard fittings & attachments as per existing colour scheme and pattern with atleast two coats of synthetic enameled paint after duly preparing the surface by cleaning with scrapers and emrey paper to the entire satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge complete all as specified. Note:- Contractor will apply one layer of greese over specification plate / any written letter before painting and clean the same after painting, rates for the same is deemed to be included in the item quoted rates.

Material and labour for painting of erected steel tubular swaged pole of HT over head line of 11 m long (except embedded portion) complete including all MS work mounted on pole with two coat of aluminium paint after necessary preparation, cleaning including scrapping up of old corroded paint dirt/ dust/ rust carefully and providing 03 Nos bands/ straps with synthetic enamel paint (any tint 30 cm wide each) from top of plinth block and writing of pole number with white synthetic enamel paint on black back ground complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Disconnecting the distribution transformer outdoor/ indoor type from HT and LT side, opening carefully at site, draining out transformer oil (keeping safe in barrel for reuse) upto HT/ LT box for rectifying the leakage by replacing the unserviceable spare parts of capacity 250 KVA , 11/ 0.433 KV transformer, refilling the transformer oil and re-assembling after repair including testing for any oil leakages and connecting the HT/ LT side and testing on available electric load complete all specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Carrying out routine, preventive maint & servicing of 62.5 KVA any make DG set in all respect like checking of diesel engine, multi cylinder and all safety devices, control panel by service engineer / service technician of any reputed service center/ auth service center of OEM periodicaly or on requirement basis and replacement of unserviceable spare parts/ accessories including calibration of control devices/ refitting of serviceable parts after cleaning/ servicing including minor consumables accessories like cotton, waste cloth, kerosene oil etc including draining of oil dust from foundation/ base plate complete all as specified and directed for the following under mentioned DG set:- (a) Check clearance of suction and exhaust valves including adjust, if required. (b) Changing of oil filter, fuel filters, water filter,screen filters assy, air filter etc. (c) Topping up of coolant & changing of hydraulic governer oil. (d) Tightening of all nut bolts including greasing of all points. (e) Checking of any leaking in fuel tank and oil lines. (f) Adjusting valve tappet clearance/timing, injector pressure test, cleaning and repairing,,tightining fasteners and making lubrication leak proof. (g) Repair/ rewiring of broken/ damaged control panel connection including measuring instruments, indicators, engine protection devices etc. Note . (a): Labour charges for dismantling/ taking down and replacement/ refixing parts as and when required is deemed to be included in unit item quoted rate. (b): Spare parts like oil filter, fuel filter, water filter, screen filter by pass filter, air filter etc will be measured and paid separately.

Supply & topping up distilled water for batteries complete all as specified.

Supply and filling lubricant oil 15 w 40 for topping up/replacement in engine chamber including drain out old unsv engine oil complete all as specified and directed. Make: Castrol/Volvoline/Servo/HP.

Material and labour for cleaning of fuel tank of DG Sets of 125/65 KVA capacities by taking out diesel in separate container, tank out of DG set, cleaning & removing all dirt/ sluge/ mud, dust, washing with fresh water thoroughly, drying and fixing back to its original location including making of all connection and re-filling of diesel in tank complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only Calcium Hypo Chlorine (55-65%) Chlorine content calcium based granular disinfectant (45 kg sealed drum ) for water treatment, much more stable than Chorine Gas, and stronger than bleaching powder & sodium hypochoride complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F of 7/7.5 Ltr Plastic Filter Set to removes Chlorine Fluoride Heavy Metals Hard Water Softener Water complete to match with existing model complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge

M&L for dehydration & filteration of transformer oil by dehydration plant (bringing plant at site) including testing of sample before and after dehydration and filteration to achieved 40 KV at 2.5 mm gap complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note: (a) The filtration of the transformer oil shall be carried out at different sub stations of Air Force Station Mohanbari. (b) The report before filtration & after filtration to be submitted by contractor. (c) Transformer oil for topping up will be measured and paid separately.

Supply & toping up of new transformer oil (in sealed barrel) confirming to IS 335 Std having dielectric strength 40KV at 2.5mm gap after initial dehydration complete all as specified. Make: Savita/ Castrol/ Power oil/ Truoil.

M&L for spray painting (including bringing compressor of suitable size at site) old painted steel or iron surface of 250KVA transformer (11/0.433KV) complete with all connected fittings & fixtures i.e. buchholz relay, conservator tank, cooling fins and other standard fittings & attachments as per existing colour scheme and pattern with atleast two coats of synthetic enameled paint after duly preparing the surface by cleaning with scrapers and emrey paper to the entire satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge complete all as specified. Note:- Contractor will apply one layer of greese over specification plate / any written letter before painting and clean the same after painting, rates for the same is deemed to be included in the item quoted rates.

Material and labour for painting of erected steel tubular swaged pole of HT over head line of 11 m long (except embedded portion) complete including all MS work mounted on pole with two coat of aluminium paint after necessary preparation, cleaning including scrapping up of old corroded paint dirt/ dust/ rust carefully and providing 03 Nos bands/ straps with synthetic enamel paint (any tint 30 cm wide each) from top of plinth block and writing of pole number with white synthetic enamel paint on black back ground complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fix in replacement of air breather assembly transparent plastic body with top and bottom portion pressed with metallic cover, filled with new silica gel (blue in colour) suitable for 125 to 315 KVA, 11/ 0.433 KV transformer, fixing on existing pipe of size 15/20/25 mm dia with suitable reducer/ connector complete as per site requirement all specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note:- (a) Cost of modification (if required to fix on existing MS pipe) shall be deemed to included in the item quoted rate.

Supply and fix in replacement of danger notice plate of 1.6 mm thick mild steel sheet vitreous enameled white with letter, figures and conventional skull & bones in signal red colour & fixed with & including MS clamps, bolts, nuts and of size 20 x 15 cm for LT 1.1KV complete all specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of danger notice plate of 1.6 mm thick mild steel sheet vitreous enameled white with letter, figures and conventional skull & bones in signal red colour & fixed with & including MS clamps, bolts, nuts and of size 25 x 20cm for HT 11KV complete all specified and directed.

Taking down Old burnt /Unserviceable 3.5/4 core 70 Sqmm underground XLPE Cable aluminum conductor LT 1100 V grade after disconnecting of electric connection all as specified and directed at site. Note :(1) Excavation / cutting of road or floor/ GI pipe & laying / relaying of cable etc shall be measured and paid seperately under respective item of this schedule

Supply laying & testing of XLPE insulated, armoured, heavy duty electric under ground cable with stranded aluminum conductor, 1100 volts grade, laid in trenches, sleeving through pipes or fixed on poles & walls or laid under floors including jointing with suitable size aluminum lugs of size 70 sqmm x 4 core complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5mtrs wide & not exceeding 1.5mtr in depth as in soft/ loose soil & getting out complete all as spfd & directed.

Returning , filling in spreading, levelling, watering & well Ramming in layers not exc 25cm thick complete all as spfd & directed.

Removing excavated material not exc 50mtr & deposited where directed at a level not exc 1.5mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed by EIC.

M&L for Sand filling in cable trenches for cable protection with clean dry sand unwashed incl gently punning, complete.

M&L for Bricks Sub class 'B' kiln burnt, well burnt, laid as in trenches/cable cover/protection, complete.

Cutting bituminous road/ Hard path for passing of cable through 80/50/40 mm GI pipes, width not less than 30 cm and deep not less thhan 45 cm and making good to the cut surfaces by concreting PCC 1:3:6 , depth not less than 15 cm and width not less than 30 CM ) to match with the adjacent surfaces complete all as specified and directed at site.

Supply and fixing in replacement GI protection pipe of 50 mm dia light grade for cable protection including all fittings laid in trenches or fixed on pole/ walls with mild steel clamps, bolts, nuts and washers complete all as specified. Note:- Earth work shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply and fix in repair cable jointing kit for 1.1 KV grade cable for outdoor/indoor joint complete with Jointing material heat Shrink type and accessories suitable for 3.5/4 core XLPE, armoured, Al conductor cable of size 70 to 120 sqmm,Outdoor type for joininng of damaged cable complete all as directed.

M &L for GI Earthing complete with GI earth plate electrode 60cm x 60cm x 6 mm buried directly in ground verticvally to depth not less than 2.25 mtr below ground level and with top edge of the plate at a depth not less than 1.5 mtr below ground level, size of dipth 0.90 x 0.90 x 2.25 mtr ,earth plate connected to galvanised earth strip of size 32 x 6 mm 7.5 mtr long by means of brazing nuts, bolts, check nuts, & washers ,testing of completion (drawn in earth strip protection pipe light gade GI of size 40 mm dia) by means brazing at both edges with vertical plane of electrode all as shown in plate No 3 of SSR Part - I connected to earthing strip with Main switch/main control board,filling with charcoal dust 200 Kg and common salt 100 Kg , including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil ,perforated watering pipe of size 20 mm light grade ,funnel with wire mesh,earth strip protection pipe light grade of 40 mm dia, PCC chamber 1:3:6 type C1 of size 400 mm x400 mm x 400 mm (for even finish on both the faces) and RCC cover 1:2:4 Type B1,450 x450 x50 mm thick with 6 mm dia CTD bars 150 mm c/c with 2 Nos of handles of 10 mm dia steel rod all as specified and directed and testing on completion and connected to equipment with lugs and screw nuts etc all as specified and directed by EIC

M & L in repairs for Cross arms, bracing, supports, clamps and back plate, fabricated from structural steel section including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as directed including two coats of alminum paint over a coat of red oxide primer, including dismantling of old rusted cross arms etc complete all as directed.

S&F in replacement of rechargeable lead acid battery 12 Volt, 100 Ah heavy duty complete all as specified.

Supply and fixing of bottle type/cutout type fuse link of 100 Amps complete all as specified and directed

Chemical Analysis (Turbidity,PH Total Hardness, Iron, Chloride, Suplhates, Fluorides, Nitrates , Calcium, Arsenic) of Raw water( before filteration) and filtered water (after filteration) for Pump Houses No C, D, E and Tech Area at Doom Dooma from government labortory or NABL accredited labortory as per IS 10500 on quarterly basis, including collection of water sample and arrangements for sending the water to labortory,for testing and submission of the test report complete all as specified and directed. Note: For set of one borewell ( both after and before treating ) will be measured as one job and testing will be carried out on quarterly basis for each Pump House.

M&L for cleaning of internal surface of under ground sump of capacity up to 5000 Gln,by scraping with brush, rubbing down scales, dirt, sludge etc and washing with clear using bleaching powder/caustic soda and taking all rubbish from the tank and removing the same to a distance not exc 50 mtr including the writing of date of cleaning complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for disconnecting of defective air compressor from the Pump house including motor of 3 phase, capacity upto 5HP and compressor alongwith PVC pipe including disconnection electrical connection as required and dismantling spare parts of Air Compressor of any size and motor overhauling and rewinding, greasing, testing and separating the unserviceable parts cleaning the serviceable parts, re-metalling machinery polishing and re-assembling including replacement of old parts and necessary painting apply spray paint with two coat of synethetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified. Note:- The following spare items ashall be measured and paid separately as "Supply only".

M&L for dismantling defective centrifugal/mono block pump of capacity 15 HP and shifting from installation to civil work shop for repairing and replacement of Ball bearing/NDE bearing, gun metal bush, gland packing, nut bolt and washer,studs and remetaling,grinding and polishing work and other connected items/works as required for smooth functioning of pump and reassembling /fixing at site to it's original position incl testing on load for smooth functioning all as directed including transportation charges,testing and commissioning all as directed by the Engineer-in- Charge. Note :- (i) T&P items and any other minor items required for instalation and commissioning of pump set will deemed to be including in the quoted rates. (ii) Any water/electric connection,nut, bolts,washers,gaskets,flanges including welding and cutting work will deemed to be including in quoted rates. (iii) The Cost of any other spare required for smooth functioning of pump,not mentioned above is deemed to be included in the unit rate of item.

M&L for rewinding of stator of induction motor working on AC 440 volts for Centrifugal/monoblock pump set of 7.5 HP capacity with copper wire winding of appropriate existing guage including taking out old unserviceable winding complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & Labour for servicing/maintenance of fire alarm control Panel (FACP), upto 32 bit microprocessor based intelligent addressable fire alarm control system with single loop with battery backup ,once in six months all as specified and directed.

Dismantling, Servicing of multisensor detector with heat and smoke combination photoelectric as per exact locations with the help of manufacturers instructions and testing for exact fault locations including cleaning through air blower then reinstalling complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repair indoor addressable detectors complying with and type certified to EN-54 addressable type multisensor detector with heat and smoke combination photoelectric/optical with base with base with self built intelligence complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repairs gun metal, globe or gate valves, with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe and fixed for 20 mm bore pipe.

Supply & fix in repair 3 phase LED indicator use of ultra- bright LED for view from long distance and clear indication of phase energized status of commercial supply ,operating power 4.5 to 5 watt per phase 4 terminal wiring with one common neutral and three phase wiring, colour R,Y,B complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

Attending day to day complaints related to external water supply such as leakage in external pipe line of any size of pipe lines, no water supply in overhead tank, no starting of sumersible pump, repair of valves, change of gasket, cleaning and backwashing of IRP plant ,pouring of chemical in BP dozer installed at various location of SB Doom Dooma etc taking down of existing material as ordered/required on all working days to attend the complaint cell by rep of contractor at 0900 AM and report to complaint cell at every evening at 0500 PM on daily basis after satisfactory completion,including excavation and earth work complete all as specified and directed. Material such as glands,petroliug gelly,oil , nut,bolt and washer and any other minor consumables items as per site requirement shall be included in the the quoted rate. Note :- (i) The above task will be carried out by employing one FGM by the contractor on daily basis. (ii) The complaint against docket shall be taken from MES Complaint cell at every morning at 0900 AM by rep of contractor on daily basis (iii) Every docket will submit at complaint cell of daily basis on same day at 0500 PM or early morning on next day after satisfacotry complition. (iv) Necessary T&P, equipment,complaint slip,complaint register and safety gear and minor spares like gasket, gland packing, screews, nutbolts etc shall be provided by the contractors with no extra cost to the department. (v) In case non attending/rectify of complaint with in time limit by contractor, will be penalized with a penalty of double the rate quoted by the contractor in addition to the complaint not taken into consideration for payment. (vi) Material will be measured and paid separatly under respective items as supply only. However quoted rate for fixing of the same shall be deemed to be included in this item.
