Pollution Control Unit

Supply & delivery at site, installation, testing and commissioning of M.S. Self supported chimney of 30 Mtr. Length having PCD :- 1425mm, bottom dia:- 1250mm & 8 mm thick on existing R.C.C foundation, top dia:- 600mm & 5 mm thick FDN bolt- M36 ( RCC foundation is within the scope of work of the civil department & RCC foundation height should not be less than 600mm from actual GL), M.S. ladder, inspection door, operating platform, aviation lamp, lightning arrestor etc. complete.

Supply, delivery at site. Installation, testing of S.S. (Grade-304) Fabricated Ventury Scrubber having 2Mtr height, dia not less than 700mm, 2.5 mm thick & Packed wet scrubber having width 900mm, 2.5mm thick with specially design brass made nozzle, fume discharge 1800 cu.m per hour dialing with interconnection SS pipe of 300mm, 1.5 inch water pipe line & outlet pipe line having dia 75mm to 80mm with pressure release valve accessories complete and S&F of AISI SS-304(2.5 mm thick )piping interconnection between scrubber to mist eleminator as required including foundation as per technical specification.

Supply, delivery at site, installation, Testing of S.S. (Grade-304) 2.5 mm thickness fabricated dropler separator/Mist eliminator with all accessories Complete incl suitable foundation (L X B X H) at a height of not less than 600mm from GL as per technical specification.

Supply and delivery at site, installation, testing and commissioning of Squirell cage Inuction motor not less than rating of 415V 7.5/10 (KW/HP) Centrifugal for Induced draught air fan having capacity not less than 2200 CFM, impeller SS 316, rpm 2800 along with S&F of suitable dia & length of SS 304 duct line interconnection between delivery of ID fan & chimney body inel cutting of suitable diemension of chimney body for inertion of duct along with suitable rain protecting hood for ID fan complete including suitable foundation (L X B X H as desired by EIC depending upon site condition) at a height of not less than 600mm from GL as per technical specification.

Supply, erection of SS (Grade 304) duct line (300mm) having 2.5 mm tickness de length not less than 6 mtr. complete with bend, and making wall support for the same along with Manual Damper control arrangement and connection with ceramic brick lime.

Supply, delivery at site, installation, testing and commissioning of Recirculation water pump not less than rating of 415V, 1.5/2 (KW/HP) having head 18 to 30 mtr., & capable to discharge water at least 15 LPS of accumulated water containing suspended solids up to dra 15mm to 20mm, impeller Cl, degree of protection IP-866 wuh suitable rain protecting hood complete elincluding all suitable foundation (LXBXH) and height along with necessary pipe line and accessories, incl S&F of DOL starter arrangement nearer to pollution control unit along with necessary pipe line connection (1.0 inch to 2.0 inch) from slurry tank to pump & pump to individual scrubber units & Scrubber unit to Slurry tank.

Supply & delivery at site, installation, testing and commissioning of Electrical control panel for pollution control unit as per technical specification. 160A Incoming Feeder I no Outgoing Feeders A 10HP S/D Feeder 1 no. (ID Fan) & its accessories Outgoing 7 Feeders-B 3.0 HP DOL Feeder 1 no. (Re-Circulation) Outgoing Feeders C Aviation Lighting Feeder 1 no (Aviation Lighting) & 1 spares feeder unit incl. space heater arrangement with all accessories.

Supply & delivery at site, installation, testing and commissioning of Electrical control console panel for housing and interconnected with the following Components as per technical specification. i)Heater I & II Start/Stop Push button 4 nos. ii)Heater I & II On/Off Indicating Lamps, 240V AC 4 nos iii) ID. Fan/FD Fan Start/Stop Push button 4 nos. iv) ID Fan/FD Fan On/Off Indicating Lamps, 240V AC 4 nos v) scrubber pump start/stop vi) Door open/close

Design & Construction of underground storage reservoir and recirculation multistage shurry water tank having capacity not less than 17 M3 with necessary soak pit arrangement of adequate capacity and protected M.S structure consisting of (25-30) mm x6 mm MS. angle/flat, wire mesh netting to cover the top of slurry tank & construction of requisite capacity of soak pit and other necessary materials pipe 3 inch to 4 inch for draining the waste water to soak pit as required.
