Dewatering of existing SWT tank cleaning the inside surfaces of the tank by scraping down walls & bottom surface using steel wire brushes to remove all disputations/ fungus, other micro-organisms, etc. using light hammer & wire brushes, taking out and removing sediment loose dirt/ mud sludge, vegetations and other foreign materials completely from the tank, disposal of all the waste/ spoil to a distance not exceeding 4 mtr and washing repeatedly the inside surfaces of tank with water and washing with rebukes solution and clean water thoroughly and preparation of the surface to receive new plaster complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for providing and fixing welded MS steel wire mesh weighing not less than 1 kg/sqmt primed with Fosroc Nitozinc primer-2 component zinc rich primer (at 0.78 Ltr per Sqm) having specific Gravity of 1.75, adhesive bond strength-1.5 N/mm2 drying time of 15 minutes at 35 Degree centigrade and recoatable time from 45 minutes to 1 hr. and applying 25 mm thick cement mortar in ratio of 1:4 mixed with liquid water proofing compound conplast x 421 IC ( 0.65 Ltr/Sqm) confirms to IS 2645-2003, having specific gravity 1.15-1.17 g/cc, chloride content:Nil as per IS: 2645-2003, and Nitobond AR (0.50 ltr/Sqm) having specific gravity of 1.025 chemicals in ratio as per recommendation of manufacturer, total chemical not less than 5% by weight of cement complete all as specified and directed

M&L for applying two coats of waterproofing coating on inner walls & floors/bottoms of SWT using Forsook Brush bond RFX-High performance elastometric cementitious Non-toxic waterproofing coating(12.3 Kg/Sqm ) complies to ESTM DK4541, ASTM D 638, ASTM D 836, HAVING MIXED DENSITY-1.68 G/CC, Adhesion to concrete> 1 N/mm2, static crack accommodation of 1 mm, having excellent barrier to CO2, Chloride and sulphate jons, coating to be applied after proper surface preparation to remove loose dust, dirt etc. cleaning, mixing surface preparation to remove loose dust, dirt etc. cleaning, mixing using slow speed electric drill and application of 2 coasts at 1 mm DFT, coverage 12-14 sq.mt./pack etc. complete as per specification and as directed by AGE(I).

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone surface of wall built in cement sand mortar including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc and M & L for rendering 15 mm thick on fair face of brick walls or concrete surface in CM 1:4 finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L preparation of new plastered surfaces on walls and applying two coats of cement base paints over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make: Acrocem /Supersnocem.

M & L for applying two coats (by roller) of alphatic acrylate based proctective and decorative coating (shade as approved) of Deck Guard S over a coat of Deck Guard primer (Manufactured by M/S Forsoc Chemicals (India) Pvts ltds as per manufacturer's instruction (wet film thickness not less than 175 micron for each coat) on old/new surfaces complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S & F Rolled Mild Steel Framed work as in doors or Gates of angle or other section confirming to Fe 410 S with gusset plates, rails braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering and hanging and fixing complete all as specified and directed.

M & L applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint on new steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth over a coat of red oxider primer including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for etc complete all as specified and directed.

M &L for welded steel wire fabric supplied and fixed complete to wood or steel members complete all as specified and directed.

Note :- Credit shown in credit schedule of tender document shall be considered by the tenderer while quoting the rates of various items. The same shall be recovered from various payment to contractor before handing over old material. The contract amount shall be arrived at after deduction of Schedule of Credit from the total quoted amount in BOQ.
