Material and labour for providing and injecting of voids in masonry (internal surfaces) using chemical emulsion one litre per hole, at 300mm intervals including drilling holes at 45 degree and replugging them with cement mortar 1:2 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand) to match the existing floors etc., complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and installation of “Clear Tough” free standing and maintenance free glass back wall system confirming the WSF (WORLD Squash Federation) requirement made of 12mm micron clear toughened glass with 4 panels 1 door, 4 fins, fixture Supply and fittings and all other materials for erecting the glass wall system. The height of the glass wall is 2130mm above the finish floor level as per manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fix for Sound Board for Squash Court made of Tin sheet of 21 SWG being fitted on the bottom side of Front Wall. Total height 480mm inclusive of wooden frame as per manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour wooden flooring of AB Grade European Maple Floor board with German Polish for Squash court (including removal of the old/existing flooring) confirming the requirement of WSF (World Squash Federation) consisting of following specifications and parameters:- (a) Technical Parameters: The complete wooden flooring should have PASSED the test for Shock Absorption, Vertical Deformation and Friction Tests for Indoor Surface for multi-sports use according to the requirements of EN 14904 (06/2006). The Shock Absorption tested by EN 14808:2005 methodology should be between 45% and 50%. The Vertical Deformation tested by EN 14809:2005 methodology should be between 1.0mm and 1.5mm. The Friction tested by EN 13036-4:2011 methodology should be between 94 and 98. (b) Surface Board: Imported Wood (of your choice) surface board finished with 21mm thick, 50 to 110mm width and in random length in machined tongue and groove shape on four sides. The boards will have bottom side with air pass groove. (c) Under Frame: Made of European Fir/Spruce/Pine wood runners of 70X45mm fixed on the bottom side with 18mm EPDM thick air-cushioning pads by nails through the two wings at 350mm c/c. (d) Installation: A vapour barrier will be placed on the levelled IPS sub-floor before laying the under frame. The runners having air cell cushioning pads will be placed on the vapour barrier in perfect level at 350mm c/c in one direction. The surface boards will be screwed to the runners through the tongue only and will lock the screwed tongue by the groove of the adjoining boards. The ends of the boards will be locked by inserting the wooden fingers through the edge grooves and fixed with suitable adhesive of brand Pidilite Fevicol SH or equivalent. An expansion gap of 10 to 15mm will be left open between the wooden flooring and the surrounding tiled area/wall. (e) Finishing: After construction of the floor will be machine sanded in uniform level and finished with non-skid MATT finish Imported Water Based Lacquer. Game line marking will be carried out in required colors before applying the finish coat as per manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and application of Sunplast cement based Hard Plaster system confirming the requirement of WSF (World Squash Federation) consisting of a Base Coat and a Finish Coat of a total thickness of 15 mm and coated with imported washable paint system. Due to the extremely hard nature of the plaster a slight uneven color distribution and micro porous surface checks may be seen once the plaster has dried. This does not affect the strength or the integrity of the plaster and is not to be considered as a defect as per manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for Game Line Marking in Red Colour as per WSF Standards as per manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floor and pavings not exc 15cms thickness below or above ground level and removing material from site of work complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for PCC 1:4:8 type D2 (Using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base/ mass concrete and finished the top surface even and fair complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls etc., including racking out joints hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc., complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for non skid ceramic coloured joint free tiles 7 to 8mm thick (square/rectangular), area of each tiles exc 0.06 sqm but not exc 0.11 sqm, in floor etc., set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match the colour of tiles, laid over and including cement screed bed 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:6) laying floor finish complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for glazed ceramic coloured tiles in vertical surfaces 350x250x7 /450x350x7mm thick, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match laid over 10mm thick cement plaster in CM (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Providing and fixing powder coated aluminium (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions (fixed portions) with extruded built up standard tubular sections/appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS:1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc., aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, aluminium snap beading for glazing/ paneling, C.P. brass/ stainless steel screws complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge. Supply and fix for submain wiring with two single core FRLS PVC insulated cable with copper conductor multistranded 1100 volts grade 2.5 sqmm in and including suitable size of non-metallic rigid PVC conduit and accessories, fixing arrangements concealed in stone wall, floor or ceiling etc., by cutting chases in existing stone/ brick masonary including 2.5 sqmm PVC insulated multistranded copper earth continuity conductor and connecting to main earth dolly complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge. Note: (i) One run of earth continuity conductor, one run of PVC conduit and two run of copper conductor together taken as one length for measuring unit length (ii) Chases/groove cutting shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item of BOQ.
