Setting up of fire store room near staircase area in CRI building at ACTREC

Applying and Levelling the existing surface with Birla White Cement based / Coloured waterproof Putty of average thickness of 2 mm of approved thickness, brand and manufacture, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth ready for painting purpose etc complete ( Rate inclusive of Scaffolding Material, Labour Charges) Etc. Only to be applied at distressed areas and newly plastered surface as per the instruction of Engineer incharge.

Applying priming coats with primer of approved brand and manufacture, having low VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content along with crack filling if required.

Wall painting with acrylic emulsion paint, having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content less than 50 grams/ litre, of approved brand and manufacture, including applying additional coats wherever required, to achieve even shade and colour. Two coats.

Providing and fixing sun control films 1.5 mil thick garware film on window glasess without damaging rubber gaskets, handle , friction hinged etc complete including neccesary scafolding job is to be complited as per garware film specification and as directed by EIC.

Providing & fixing glass panels of approved make with teak wood bedding for window shutter (6mm thick) as directed by EIC.

Providing and laying water proof cement plaster 20mm in two coat backing coat of 12mm thick in CM 1:3 and second coat 8mm thick in CM 1:3 finish including supplying and adding water proofing compound weight of cement at all floor levels for repair to chambers, manholes, water retaining structures, depressions in bath/WCS etc. in quantities as required at site including scaffolding, curing layer will be allowed to air cure for 4hours followed with water curing for 48 hours, hacking of concrete surface etc. complete all as directed by engineer-incharge (to maintain bone dry condition underneath for 10 yrs) The rate includes preparation of surface, treatment and sealing of all joints, corners, junctions of pipe sand masonry with polymer mixed slurry. (Rates also includes disposing/taking away the debris outside the premises of ACTREC and disposing as per the statutory guidelines).

Providing & fixing 1.5mm thick approved laminate of required colour over existing surfaces along with the adhesive all as required specification design etc. complete as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge. 1.5 mm thick

Filling the gap in between aluminium frame & adjacent RCC/ Brick/ Stone work by providing weather silicon sealant over backer rod of approved quality as per architectural drawings and direction of Engineer-in-charge complete. Upto 5mm depth and 5 mm width.

Providing, fabricating and fixing curved shaped open storage cabinet, made of 18 mm thick BWP grade plywood , fixed on suitable hardwood / sal wood framework, including curved cutting and shaping by kerfing / lamination technique, internal shelves, partitions and backing ply, complete in all respects. The item includes cutting, bending, edge banding, sanding, fixing in position, all necessary screws, adhesives, supports, and incidental works required to suit the curved geometry of the staircase / wall profile, complete as per site requirement and directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing, fabricating and fixing wooden storage cabinet with sliding shutters, made out of 18 mm thick BWP grade plywood, including internal shelves, partitions, backing ply and necessary supports, complete in all respects. The item shall include providing and fixing translucent / clear acrylic sheets of approved thickness in aluminium / uPVC sliding channel system, including rollers, guide channels, stoppers and necessary fittings,complete as per drawings, site requirements and directions of the Engineer-in-Charge .
