Diversion of Existing 66kV Kharadpada Rakholi D/C Transmission Line at Athal and Shifting of 66kV Kharadpada-Rakholi and 66kV Kharadpada-Piparia Circuits onto Rakholi Tower with Cross-Jumpering of 66kV Kharadpada-Piparia-Amli line

TOWER FOUNDATION AND ERECTION WORK Original survey, preparation & submission of profiles in 4 copies including excavation in any type of soil up to 3.00mtr. Of depth for trial pits 2 nos of such pits in 1km length & providing pre cast permanent concrete blocks / stones of 600mm X 300mm X 100mm on each deviation point on entire line with chain age painted on it. The work includes excavation of trial pit of 1 x 1 x 3mt in any type of soil for classification of the said pit. The rate is inclusive of back filling of the pits so excavated after clafissification of soil for foundation.

Excavation excluding back filling but including shoring shuttering, dewatering, tree cutting for tower footings etc for :- a) Black cotton submurged /marin soil where dewatering is necessary

Installation of steel reinforcement in concrete foundation including supply,of Msbars, binding wire and their cutting bending, binding, and laying in position as per drawing

Stub-setting including back filling (1 Mtr rised chimany )

Concreting of foundation by M25 mixture including shoring, shuttering,dewtering etc

Erection of super structure upto 6 meter extension .

Stringing of OPGW wire including laying , jointing , tensioning , clamping with accessories

Stringing of TACSR conductors for double circuit

Tack welding of nuts up to approx 10 mtrs height or two bottom most panel from ground level at three places on the nuts diametrically and applying zinc rich paint immediately after tack welding

Dismantling of conductors and line materials of existing line with 6( six ) Panther conductors

Dismantling of Ground wire with accessories

Dismantle of any type of tower including transpotation and credeting to nearest DNH&DDPCL,s store as per instruction of engineer-in charge.
