Taking down defective transformers including disconnecting electric connection of LT/HT side from two/four pole structure, from platform or from indoor sub station and transport to the workshop for repairs/testing/commissioning and re-installation and commissioning after repairs as and where directed including making electric connection on HT/LT side, complete all as specified and directed.

Strip opening of transformer 300 to 500 kVA, 11 kV/440 volts indoor/outdoor of any make/type after unscrewing nuts,bolts, washers and workout the minor/ major fault/ burn out accesories, such as temp guage, breather, for winding of HT/LT coils etc, complete all as specified and directed. Note: Payment of repairs replacement of parts, rewinding of coils and filteration of oil will be measured and paid separately under relevent item of BOQ.

All as per serial item No 2 above but of capacity 125 kVA to 250 kVA, complete all as specified and directed.

Dehydration/filteration for transformer capacity from 100 KVA to 500 KVA and 8000 KVA, 66/11 KV of transformer oil by attending each installation/transformer with automatic centrifuging machine in online condition for conducting oil filteration with stream line type machine at site to achieve BDV not less than 40 KV to 50 KV dpepnding upon 66 KV & 11 KV at the gap of 2.5 mm for 1 minute, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Painting of transformer at site after taking proper shutdown with super enamelled paint duly approved from Engineer-in-Charge, capacity of transformer 300/315 to 500 kVA including writing SM/MES No. as per direction of Engr-in-Charge, complete all as specified and directed. Note: Transformer will be fully cleaned/ scrubbed by removing oil deposition/dirt/oil paint etc before painting of transformer and font of letters should be not less than 2 inches.

All as per serial item No. 24 above but 125 to 250 kVA, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for opening HT, 11KV, 800A 25KA VCB front and back side complete after taking shutdown, cleaning, dusting inside & out side of VCB, greasing oiling the mechanical parts of VCB, callibration testing and including the replacement of the following items :- (a) Cleaning of VCB with Air blower and removing Dust particles. (b) Cleaning of insulating places of VCB by using CTC/CRC/Thinner as required and recommended. (c ) Checking the acting contact gap of vaccum interupter if gap exceeds the permissible limits, adjust as recommended. (d) Cleaning the main contacts to remove carbon and any other unwanted particle, if visible. (e) Dismantling and cleaning the insulated surfaces and arc barriers with CTC and CRC. (f) Checking, repair/replacement of all Electric wiring for electrical /manual operation of panel including measuring IR values. (g) Checking of all Nut bolts, springs, livers, latches, connectors etc and adjustments as required and recommended. (h) Recording of IR Values of CTs and PTs. (j) Checking of all moving parts for proper functioning of VCB and adjustments as per manufacturer's recommendations. (k) Replacement of indicating lamps. (l) Replacement of internal wiring for indicating lamps. (m) Replacement of wiring for tripping coil (No volt coil) , tripping switch set. (n) Replacement of No Volt coil of suitable capacity. (o) Complete servicing and testing of Earth fault relay, Over load relay, digital voltmeter, digital ammeter, indication lamp and all the protective equipment inside the VCB to be serviced to work properly with necessary replacement of defective equipments, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying & testing in replacement of cable XLPE insulated, screened PVC bedded galvanised steel strip or wire armoured HT electric power cable (heavy duty) 11000 volts grade with aluminium conductor 6.35 KV (UE)/11 KV (E) grade, cross sectional area 95 Sqmm 3 core as per IS-7098 suitable for earth system laid in trenches, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying & testing in replacement of cable XLPE insulated, screened PVC bedded galvanised steel strip or wire armoured HT electric power cable (heavy duty) 11000 volts grade with aluminium conductor 6.35 KV (UE)/11 KV (E) grade, cross sectional area 120 Sqmm 3 core as per IS-7098 suitable for earth system laid in trenches complete all as specified and directed.

Supply , installation, commissioning and testing in replacement of HV junction box panel board of KIOSK having 3 No. bus bar bar aluminium size 50 x 10mm AC, 50 Hz supply , outdoor cubical type dust and vermin proof pedestal mounting of size 1000x1000x600mm for outdoor applications to accomodate incoming and 3 outgoings cable and supports duly finish ed wtih powder coated complete including locking arrangement including PCC work for fixing panel legs made out of iron 50x50x5mm , 45 cm long complete all as specified and directd.

Dismalntling disconnecting electric connections of underground HT XLPE cable 11 KV upto 240 sqmm from both sides and locating the fault in cable with fault locating machine in the entire length, removing moisture from cable, making joint and charging the HT cable with modern fault detector equipment by expert Engineers including reconnecting and commisisoning the cable to make it functional, complete all as specified and directed. Note : The work will be executed after obtaining proper shut down from main power house after liasoning with Engineer-in-Charge. The measurement of HT joint shall be made in respective item.

Notes : The Schedule of Credit amount shall be deducted from the total of this schedule (BoQ) to arrive at Contract Sum.
