1.1. Documentary Requirements in support of bids from Manufacturers/ Authorised Dealers / Agents as per NWR Tender Document Section-I Instructions to the Tenders (E-Tender) Clause 8.0.

The bidders (manufacturer or its authorized agents) must have supplied and commissioned the tendered or similar item, in at least one of the last three Financial years and the current financial year up to date of tender opening to any Central / State Govt Organization / PSU / Public Listed Company. Copies of relevant contracts (proving successful supply and commissioning in any one financial year) to be submitted along with the offer. The onus to prove successful supply and commissioning in the stipulated time frame lies on the bidder. In case tenderers participate as an authorized agent, then the performance as required above shall be that of the principal, authorizing the agent.

Non submission/uploading of valid OEM authorization letter will make their offer invalid and offer will be summarily rejected.
