Excavation in post holes (or similar holes) each not exc 0.5 cum, getting out, in soft/loose soil including returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around in layers n.exc 25 cm, watering and removing surplus soil to a distance n.exc 50m and making good surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete (1:3:6) type C2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Hand rails, half round or other stock section or core for wooden hand rail straight portion, drilled and counter sunk for balusters running bars, for doors, balusters, nosing to steps including embedding in concrete and screwing etc. wind ties for roof including securing bolts; posts and struts in fencing post including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc. including all necessary drilling, bolting or rivetting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe 290 Gde E 165 with and including applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer alround before fixing in position complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling fencing wire mesh, any type complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing PVC coating Chain link fencing incl line wire any mesh, size and type to any standarards, rails straining bolts, including provn of binding wire complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F, mild steel screw bolts (machine made) exceeding 5cm and not exceeding 10cm long with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other fitted with washer and one hexagonal or square nut complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for mild steel Round bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and welding with with flats of chain link fencing Fe-410 W (Gde E-250) quality-A or Fe-290 ( Gde E-165) complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F galvanised, 2 strand, steel barbed wire, 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of strandard rails straining bolts, including securing and tying at crossing with and provisioning of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. complete all as specified and as directed. (Note: Each line wire shall be measured for payment)
