Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and paving n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of floor, hearth or wall tiles including cement mortar bedding but not backing and rubbish off permises complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of reinforcement cement concrete above the ground floors n exc 15 cm thickness (Reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) such as cooking platform, chajjas etc complete all as specified and directed.

Treatment of soil under existing floors using emulsion @ one litre per hole, 300mm apart including drilling and plugging 12mm dia holes with cement mortar 1:2 (1 cement :2 coarse sand) to match the existing floors complete.

M&L for 10mm thick Light shade vitrified ceramic tiles in floors, area of each tile exceeding 0.36 sqm but not exceeding 0.42 sqm set & jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement mixed with pigments to match the shade of tiles over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 10mm thick Light shade vitrified ceramic tiles in floors, area of each tile exceeding 0.36 sqm but not exceeding 0.42 sqm in vertical surface such as skirtings, dados etc set & jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement mixed with pigments to match the shade of tiles over and including 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for non skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square / rectangular) area of each tile exc 0.06 sqm and not exceeding 0.11 sqm in floors etc set & jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement mixed with pigments to match the shade of tiles over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for non skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square / rectangular) area of each tile exc 0.11 sqm and not exceeding 0.18 sqm in floors etc set & jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement mixed with pigments to match the shade of tiles over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for glazed ceramics coloured tiles of size 450x300x7mm thick in vertical surfaces such as skirting/dados/wall, set & jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement mixed with pigments to match the shade of tiles over and including 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition stone slab and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, dado/skirting and apron etc laid bedded and pointed in any mortar complete all as specified and directed.
