Re-Excavation of Bakra Purkur WDS at Mouza - Daldali , J.L. No - 15 , Plot No. - 222 , G.P. - Kalyani , Block - Onda , Dist. - Bankura under E.E.(A-I), Bankura(A-I) Division under SSM (Core-Sector) Programme

Bailing outwater by pump including all leads and lifts and including making all arrangementsfor disposal, where continous flow or seepage of water is encountered and rating of pumps and hour of operation is specifically ascertained as per direction of the Engineet In Charge.

Cutting uprooting and clearing jungles including shrubs, water weeds, bushes, trees, plants, upto 30 cm. girth including removing as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Excavation in ordinary soil / mixed soil i.e. clay mixed with moorun, kankar, pebbles / silt dry or moist / slushy silt / sticky soil for WDS / WHS / RESERVOIR / SFMIS etc with hydraulic excavator of required bucket capacity including cutting and loading in tippers, trimming bottom and side slopes in accordance with requirement of lines, grades and cross section and transporting to embankment / disposal site within all lifts and lead upto 1000 m including spreading, levelling disposed spoils at disposed area. (mode of measurement: pre work and post work)

Excavation in gravel / moorum / kankar / compact moorum / very much weathered rock / sticky soil mixed with moorum or ghooting for WDS I WHS / RESERVOIR / SFMIS etc with hydraulic excavator of required bucket capacity including cutting and loading in tippers, trimming bottom and side slopes in accordance with requirement of lines, grades and cross section and transporting to embankment / disposal site within all lifts and lead upto 1000 m including spreading, leveliing disposed spoils at disposed area. (mode ofmeasurement: pre work and post work).

Excavation in soft weather rock / solt laterite rocks for WDS / WHS / RESERVOIR / SFMIS etc with hydraulic excavator of required bucket capacity including cutting and loading in tippers, trimming bottom and side slopes in accordance with requirement of lines, grades and cross section and transporting to embankment! disposal site within all lifts and lead upto 1000 m including spreading, leveliing disposed spoils at disposed area. (mode of measurement: pre work and post work)

Extra rate for each 250 metre or part thereof above the initial of 1.0Km on item no. 3,4&5 Beyond 1.0 Km to 1.25Km.

Beyond 1.25 Km to 1.5Km.

Extra rate where land is to be arranged by the contractor on items no 2,3&4 for disposal of spoils.

Supplying, testing and installation of open Weave Jute Geo-textile (JGT) having overall weight of 500 gm/sq.m, thickness 6mm, width 1220 mm, Tensile strength 10KN/m (Warp direction) × 7.50 KN/m (weft direction) on slopes of embankments dressed and cut to a gradient as per design and drawing for control of surface soil erosion on proposed bank slope of embankment including the cost of preparation of sub-grade and excavating the trenches of 500 mm deep and spade-width wide where necessary, and filling the trenches with earth duly secured to sub-grade by U shape MS staples (11gauges) or wooden or plastic pegs at an interval of 450mm, providing side lapping of 100 mm and horizontal lapping of 300 mm as per direction complete. The rate is inclusive of all incidental charges, transportation by all means to the work site, all leads and lifts complete. (Payment will made on the basis of finished surface area of the slope).

Supplying, fitting and fixing including transportation of sign board for identifying the exact location of SFMI scheme (one at road side and other at site) the board will be made 3 mm thick MS plate of size 300 mm x 600 mm and fitted and fixed on 50 mm GI Pipe of IS 1239/90 (part-1) including cutting, welding and writting of both sides of Sign board. Base - Yellow, and words - Red. Both bottom end of the stands pipe will be grouted in 1:2:4 CC on a single brick flat soling. This will include one materials and labour complete as per drawing and direction of E.I.C

Earthwork in excavation as noted below for foundation of structures including removing, spreading or stacking the spoils as directed and tremming the sides of the trenches, leveling, dressing and ramming the surfaces as required etc. complete within an initial lead of 75 metre and initial lift of 1.5metre. a) Local soil / soil mixed with moorum or kankar / silt, dry or moist / slushy silt / sticky soil.

Filling in foundation or plinth by silver sand in layers not exceeding 150 mm as directed and consolidating the same by thorough saturation with water, ramming complete including the cost of supply of sand. (payment to be made on measurement of finished quantity) Silver sand

Single Brick Flat Soling of picked jhama bricks including ramming anddressing bed to proper level and filling joints with local sand.

Ordinary Cement concrete (mix 1:2:4) with graded stone chips (20 mm nominal size) excluding shuttering and reinforcement,if any, in ground floor as per relevant IS codes. d) With local hard blackstone variety chips (crusher broken)

Hire and labour charges for shuttering with centering and necessary staging upto 4 m using approved stout props and thick hard wood planks of approved thickness with required bracing for concrete slabs, beams and columns, lintels curved or straight including fitting, fixing and striking out after completion of works (upto roof of ground floor) f) 25 mm to 30 mm shuttering without staging in foundation

Plaster with sand and cement including rounding off for chamfering corners as directed, racking out joints or roughening concrete surface including chipping and application of cement slurry (Ghola) clearing the surface, top finishing, curing and necessary scaffolding complete with supply and carriage of all materials to site. b) Mortar Mix. 1 :4 (iii)15 mm. Thick.

Neat cement punning about 1.5mm thick in wall, dado, window sill, floor etc.

Earth work in filling in foundation trenches or plinth with good earth, in layers not exceeding 150 mm. including watering and ramming etc. layer by layer complete. (Payment to be made on the basis of measurement of finished quantity of work) a) Earth obtained from foundation excavation.

Suppplying RC spun pipe (NP3)Spigot type including loading unloading staking carriage with all taxes complte at work site as per direction of EIC and Providing and laying reinforced cement concrete pipe NP3 with spigot socket for culverts on first class bedding of granular material in single row including fixing with cement mortar 1:2. 600mm dia-pipe

Suppplying RC spun pipe (NP2) and matching collar as per specition including loading, unloding carriage and stacking properly at site as per instruction of Engineer in charge inclusive of all taxes. i)225mm dia-pipe
