Demolition of brickwork or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles.

Demolition of plain cement cement concrete/terrazo tiles with cement mortor bedding in ground floors and pavings n.exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) and removed debris outside MD land.

Excavating in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10 sq m on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in hard dense soil.

Returning and filling in including spreading levelling watering and well ramming in layer n.exc 25 cm as in hard / dence soil.

Removing excavated material n exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5 m above the starting point

M&L providing Cement Concrete in foundations, filling and mass concrete type D2 ,1:4:8 (using 40 mm graded aggregate)complete.

M&L for Precast Cement Concrete block masonry with solid blocks type C1, 1:3:6(using 20mm graded aggregate) exc 10 cm in width and setting in Cement mortor 1:4 complete all as specified.

M& L providing Cement Concrete cast in situ type B1 1:2:4 (using 20 mm graded aggregate) as in copings and similar work .

Providing Cement Concrete in surface channels and drains type B2 1:2:4 using 20 mm graded agrregate finished even and smooth without using extra cement.

M&L Plastering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces to be finished fair and even without using extra cement in CM 1:4 on walls complete.

S&F Reinforced Concrete pipes class NP 2 bore of pipe 450mm dia , laid and jointed complete with collars .

M&L 3 coats of White washing in on walls including preparation of surfaces on plastered or unplastered surfaces new complete.
