Taking down existing old treatment including padding, plaster of any description any type, roof tiles, cement mortar screed bed and removing existing bitumen felt treatment including brushing, brooming, cleaning top surfaces of roof slab to recieve plaster etc including disposing off debris from MoD land complete all as specified and directed.

Rendering 15mm thick cement plaster with cement mortar (1:3) fair finishes of brick work or concrete surface of roof slab, finished even and smooth without using extra cement including use of water proofing compound all as per manufacture instruction complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Water proof compound shall deemed to be included in the rate quoted by the contractor.

Roof treatment to RCC roof slab including parapet wall as under:- (a) Priming surfaces with bituminous primer conforming to IS-3384 @ 0.40Kg/sqm on prepared surfaces of plaster and after drying of primer, applying normal treatment (for moderate conditions) using glass fibre base bitumen felt, grade 2. (b) Applying evenly a tack coat of industrial bitumen grade 85/25 conforming to IS-702 at the rate of 1.2 kg per sqm including cleaning surfaces. (c) Provide APP (Atactic Polypropyline) based modified polymeric membrane minimum weighing 3kg/sqm and minimum 3mm thick reinforced with polyster non wove fabric (weight not less than 150 gms/sqm) land on primed surface by forced application complete all as specified. APP membranne will be laid across the slope from lowest line of sloping roof toward ridge with minimum end overlap of 150mm and side overlap of 75mm bonded, sealed with hot blown and finished neat all joints. (d) Over the APP membrane apply semi hot blown 85/25 grade bitumen penetration of bitumen when tested as per IS 1203 will not be more than 40 confiming to IS 702 @ 1.20 Kg/Sqm including cleaning surfaces. (e) Preparation of new or previously untreated surface of concrete or surfaces of any description and applying two coats of aluminium paint over roof surfaces. Note :- Complete treatment shall be carried out by the applicator of the manufacturer only or through their authorised personal only.

Sunken Floor treatment :- Providing and laying of water proofing treatment to sunken floor portion including vertical portion by applying cement slurry mixed with acrylic based polymer modified cementitious composite compound of make as specified and including demolition and including PCC 1:2:4 type B1 (20mm aggregate) as sub base, sides of rounded or chamfered on edges of sunken slab and PCC 1:5:10 type-E2 (using 40 mm aggregate) for filling of sunken floor after treatment. (a) First layer of cement slurry of cement @0.488 kg/sqm mixed with acrylic based primer modified cementitious composite compound @0.253 kg/sqm.This layer allowed to air cure for 4 hours. (b) Second layer of cement slurry of cement @0.242 kg/sqm mixed with acrylic based primer modified cementitious composite compound @0.125 kg/sqm. This layer allowed to air cure for 4 hours. (c) The slope shall be 1:20 towards the corner of outer wall and GI pipe of 50mm dia (Med grade) be inserted at corner projecting outside 20cm. (d) 15mm thick plaster in CM 1:3 mixed with WPC to be provided while concrete on green state. (e) Joints of trap/WC/Soil pipes shall be properly sealed with sealing compound. Note (i) :- Concrete for sunken slab shall be mixed with WPC as manufacturers instructions before carrying out water proofing treatment the sunken slab shall be tested with water for 48 hrs for any leakage/dampness is seen in ceiling below, then treatment is again carried out to RCC slab and it is again tested before passing for next stage. (Water proof compound shall deemed to be included in the rate quoted by the contractor.) (ii) Only floor area shall be measured for payment purpose.

Dismantling structural steel work including doors, gates, frame, truss etc of any description complete all as specified and directed.

Structural steel work as in roof trusses (framed), trussed purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastening and heavy brackets (Beam, tee, angle, channel or hollow steel section) including distance pieces, cleats etc confirming to Fe-410-W (Gde-E-250) quality 'A' complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling Plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness, including Nainital or similar pattern roof coverings including ridges as in roof covering.

Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed.

Hangers of GI wire 4mm dia to be fixed by approved rowl plug, level adjusters and screws etc. The last hanger at the end of each main runner shall not be greater than 450mm from adjacent wall flush fitting of 1200 long cross tee with (double stitching) to be inter locked between main runners at 600mm centre to from 1200x600mm modules cross tee longer than 600mm modules to be formed by fitting 600mm long cross tee, tee perimeter wall angle shall be of 0.45mm thick galvanized steel of size 19x19mm and 300mm long of white colour all as per instruction complete all as specified & directed.

Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar including all quions, arches , pillars etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Brick work with sub class 'B' bricks , straight or curved on plan exc. 6 mtr mean radius built in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster from brick or stone walls including racking out joints hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc. complete all as specified and directed.
