Excavating trenches of required width for pipes, cables, etc including excavation for sockets, and dressing of sides, ramming of bottoms, depth upto 1.5m, including getting out the excavated soil, and then returning the soil as required, in layers not exceeding 20 cm in depth, including consolidating each deposited layer by ramming, watering, etc. and disposing of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m - all kinds of soil - pipes,cables etc , exceeding 80mm dia but not exceeding 300 mm dia

Providing and laying Ductile Iron socket and spigot pipes of class K7 (Electro steel/Sripipes/Jindal/Electrotherm / Jai Balaji / TATA Metaliks Kubota) conforming to IS specification 8329/2000 and ISI marked suitable for tyton /push on joints in good condition including transportation of D.I.pipe from production centre/company to the site at UT of Puducherry, lowering to the trenches, laying to proper grade and alignment, testing of joints with required testing equipment etc.,complete all as per IS 12288 and CPWD specification. (earth work and jointing of pipes with rubber gasket will be paid separately) -100mm dia.

Providing and fixing in position S&S standard D.I. specials (Electro steel/Sripipes/Jindal/Kiswok) such as tees, bends, collors, tapers, caps etc.conforming to IS specification 9523/2000 and ISI marked - 100 to 300mm dia.

Providing and jointing cast iron / D.I. (S&S) pipe joints with rubber gasket (Tyton joints) conforming to IS 5382 & 12820 of SBR quality including the cost of fixing,testing the joints etc.,complete -100mm dia.

Providing and fixing in position UPVC moulded tail piece without flange(Finolex / jain) (0.6 Mpa)conforming to IS 7834 part II and ISI marked,including labour charges for jointing, jointing materials etc,complete - 110mm dia

Making connection of uPVC distribution branch with G.I main of following sizes by providing and fixing necessary fittings such as cost of lead, lead caulked joint including cutting,threading and testing of joints etc.,complete.- 110 mm dia to 160 mm dia nominal bore.

Providing and fixing gun metal gate valve with C.I.wheel of approved quality (Screwed end) - 32mm nominal bore

Providing and fixing non-corrosive Engineering plastic moulded clamp saddle with stainless 304 threaded metal inserted for tapping outlet suiting for ½" clear bore with SS 304 wide strap with elastomeric insulation for proper grip around the DI pipe with SS 304 suitable bolts & nuts saddle to have sealing rubber SBR grade 30 o-ring around shall as detailed in the drawing furnished. The rate includes all labour charges for fixing bracket etc., complete as per instructions of Engineer-in-charge size 100 x 25 mm dia (3/4")

Providing house service connection for each house from the newly laid distribution grid with 25mm dia (OD) PN16, MDPE blue pipe PE 80 as per ISO 4427 Rev.1 & tested as per BS 6920 upto 1.00 RM length initially with 90 degree compression elbow as per ISO 14236 and polypropylene male & female thread metal insert (SS 304) of ISO 14236. The cost include connection charges for making drilling holes and providing specials as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge

Providing, laying and jointing UPVC pipes(Finolex / jain / Supreme / Truebore / Nandi) (1 Mpa)conforming to IS specification 4985 and ISI marked including transportation to the site , lowering to the trenches, laying to proper grade and alignment, testing of joints with required testing equipment,including cost of solvent cement,UPVC specials such as bends,tees, threaded pieces,couplers,reducer,endcaps etc.,complete all as per IS and CPWD specification. - 25mm dia.

Connecting the newly laid house service from the newly laid distribution grid to the existing service connection of each house with 25mm dia ASTM pipe having length more than 0 m and upto 2m. The cost includes dismantling the existing service pipe plastering, brick work wherever necessary and providing ASTM pipe and specials required including labour charges for completing the connection. It also includes making good the dismantled area, all as per the directions of Engineer-in-charge.

Connecting the newly laid house service from the newly laid distribution grid to the existing service connection of each house with 25mm dia ASTM pipe having length more than 0 m and upto 4m. The cost includes dismantling the existing service pipe plastering, brick work wherever necessary and providing ASTM pipe and specials required including labour charges for completing the connection. It also includes making good the dismantled area, all as per the directions of Engineer-in-charge.

Excavation for roadwork in soil with hydraulic excavator of 0.9cum bucket capacity including cutting and loading in tippers, trimming bottom and side slopes, in accordance with requirements of lines, grades and cross sections and transporting to the embankment location with all lifts and lead upto 1000m.

Supply of Quarry rubbish including stacking to department gauge for premeasurement and spreading required thickness

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - all work upto plith level - 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size)

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - all work upto plith level - 1:5:10 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand : 10 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size)
