System management, upkeep and maintenance of the IP based video surveillance system consisting of equipments as indicated in scope & specification of the contract by deploying minimum one highly skilled and two skilled technicians & two helpers on regular basis (normally 09.15 Hrs. to 17.45 Hrs on all working days and specific/urgent requirement on weekly offs and holidays also as per instructions of Engineer in charge). In addition one network engineer with CCNP certifications with 3 years experience for atleast three days in a week and also whenever specifically required at site will be deployed. Scope includes Optical Fiber and copper cable network, preventive maintenance of all IP cameras, industrial grade Ethernet switches, including cost of consumables, camera housing/mounting frame/clamps, SMPS for industrial Ethernet switches, junction boxes with all accessories like gasket, earthing, mounting and cable dressing, lock etc., RJ-45 connectors, coordination with OEM and logistics, tools etc. as required all as per specifications and scope of work and instructions of the Engineer in charge. Note: Servers, Storage, video wall, client PCs and some cameras, ethernet switches, SMPS, UPS (as indicated in scope of work) etc. are under OEM warantee. During contract period these will be repaired by OEM. However preventive maintenance is in scope.

Comprehensive maintenance of following equipment covering all parts without any etra cost all as per scope and specification of the work and as per instructions of the Engineer in charge of the work. Note: 1. Measurement will be the nos. of functional equipments in a perticular month. If any unit(s) remains out of service for more than 7 days, same shall not be accounted for measurement in that month. 2. Monthly measurement will be recorded. 3. Manage, upkeep and preventive maintenance of these items also covered in the first item. 4. Cost includes replacement of irreparable equipment with new one with same make and model or with equivalent or superior model of one of the preffered make of the material indicated and as per scope and specification of the work.

IP bullet/LPR/panoramic cameras (make and model may be indicated) as indicated in scope of work 142nos. Total quantity of this item are 142X24 =3408 nos for 24 months.

IP PTZ cameras (make and model may be indicated) as indicated in scope of work - 15 nos. Total quantity of this item are 15X24 =360 nos for 24 months.

Analogue cameras and encoders as specified in scope of work (Make Bosch Model LTC 0455/51, Make CP Plus Model- CP-QAC-TC60L3-D, Make Honeywell Model- HCC-6605P) - 11 nos. Total quantity of this item are 11X12 =132 nos for 12 months.

28 port manageable layer 3 ethernet switch, with 24 ports 10/100/1000 base LX and 4 ports of 10000 base LX to support single mode fibre with redundant power supply in hot standby mode. (Make - Allied Telesis, Model No. x510-28GSX) - 7 nos. Total quantity of this item are 7X24=168 nos for 24 months.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of following IP based video surveilance cameras fixed on pole/wall/ceiling etc and industrial grade ethernet switches (POE) etc. with all mounting harware & accessories etc, all as per technical specification, scope of work, GTP, pre bid clarification all as per requirement to acheive intended functions and as per instruction of Engineer in charge. Note: 1. Scope includes integration of these new cameras and Ethernet switches with existing system with all accessories.

Providing and loading device top up licenses of Milestone corporate VMS with 3 year Care Plus for XProtect Corporate DL (existing SLC No. M01-C01-211-01-6C42F5) all as per requirement to acheive intended functions and as per instruction of Engineer in charge. Note: 1. Scope includes inegration of new devices and licences with existing system. 2. For existing license details please refer technical specifications and scope of work.

Switch: Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of Layer2 managed industrial switch 8X10/100/1000 mbps Tx, POE with 2 nos gigabit copper & SFP combo ports, switching capacity 20 Gbps or more conforming to following features: Supports 10/100/1000 Mbps SFPs, Up to 8K MAC address table, Redundant power inputs, IP-30 Metal Case, Support X-Ring function, SNMP v1/v2c/v3, Web, Telnet, CLI Management TFTP firmware update, system configure restore and backup. Provides standards-based IEEE 802.3af. Power over Ethernet - 8 ports of class 3 powered devices at 15.4 watts. Alternative A mode. Ingress Packet Filter and Egress Packet Limit, all as per instruction of Engineer in charge. Scope includes supply of SMPS, SFP modules 2 nos, and all copper port fully loaded. Note: 1. Better switch configuration is acceptable. 2. Switch to be Din rail mountable. Generally to be installed in outdoor junction box.

CAT6: Supply, drawing through existing pipe / on wall/column/pole etc., testing and commissioning of 4-pair CAT-6 UTP unarmoured cable, with all accessories. There shall be multiple segments of various lengths as per site requirement. Scope includes providing RJ-45 standared connector at both ends of each segments as per site requirement and all as instructed by engineer in charge.

Supply, installation, glanding, termination with copper lugs/ terminal connectors etc., testing and commissioning of 3C X 1.5 sq.mm armoured copper conductor power cable all as per specification and scope of work & as per instruction of Engineer in charge.

Laying on surface /existing trench/in existing pipe with clamps/saddles etc.

Laying in ground including excavation in all types of soil , paver block removal, excavation, normalisation to original fisnish, sand bedding, brick protection etc. Note: 1. Excavation in ground up to 750 mm deep. In paver block upto 12" deep. In garden upto 12" or 18" deep as per site condition. No excess payment shall be made for level matching excavation. 2. Providing sand bedding and baked bricks (apprx 18 nos per Metre) for laying of power/control cable.

Supply and laying of following 24 core, SM, OFC as specification and indicated below: Note: 1) The 24 core single mode fibre should be pulled by use of strength member provided inside the cable by using the proper pulling equipments. 2) The fiber outer sheath should not be damaged while pulling the fiber cable. 3) The polypropelene rope should be kept as spare inside the HDPE pipe, if in HDPE pipe, for the future laying of cables. 4) The force applied on the fiber optical cable should not exceed the pulling force recommended by the manufacturer. 5) While pulling the fiber optical cable, the minimum bending radius should not exceed the manufacturers' recommendation. Make: Sterlite / Uniflex / Vindhya Telelinks / AKSH / Systemax / Panduit / D-link / Molex /Legrand.

Through existing HDPE pipe by pulling and laying on surface of wall / slab / collumn, drilling hole through wall, saddling with approved size of saddles all as instructed by EIC.

Excess length coiled and kept near JB/Rack/building/cable pit/in ground, secured on wall etc. GI clamp to secure coiled cable to be provided as per instruction of EIC.

High Density Poly Ethylene Pipe: Supply and installation of 40 mm dia PLB HDPE pipe for UG armoured Optical Fibre Cable with 4 mm dia polypropylene rope as per TEC/GR/TX/CDS- 008/03/MAR-11 or TEC/GR/FA/CDS-008/04/AUG-19 specifications with following accessories / fittings / details / parameters: Accessories: 1. Cable Sealing Plug : 6 nos. for each 100 m length (approx.) 2. Straight joints (couplers): 2 nos. for each 100 m length(approx.) 3. Tee : 6 nos. for each 100 m length (approx.) 4. With marking on duct as "DCSEM IT"

GI pipe: Supply & installation of following Hot dipped class B, G.I pipe of following sizes: Note: Ashphalt road are to be refinished with cement/bituminous compound and removed tiles of foot path to be re laid after laying of pipe. Trenches on soft soil require to be refilled with excavated earth materials .

Size 32mm dia GI pipe in ground including excavation of Ashphalt road 200mm deep and 70mm wide all as per instruction of Engineer in charge.

Outdoor Junction Box: Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of out door junction Box (wall/pole mounted) all as per specification and scope of work & as per instruction of engineer in charge.

Fibre Splice Box: Supply and installation of splice Box (tiffin box type) suitable for 24C fibre to manage cable

Supply and installation of 600 VA UPSwith 7AH, 12 Volt battery, 230 V AC input, 50 Hz as per instruction of Engineer in charge.

SPLICING: Termination of Optical fibre cable using fusion termination method, testing and commissioning with all accessories all as per instruction of Engineer in charge. Pigtail will be supplied by department except for 24 port- duplex LIU indicated above.

Fabrication, supply and installation of 7 m bracket type swaged ERW MS tubular pole (410SP-2) as per IS 2713-1980 for pole with pipe material as per IS 1161 grade Yst-240 part II with end cap, MS base plate of 460mm x 460mm x 12 mm, 4 nos. of 150mm length MS webs made up of 5 mm thick MS plate shall be provided between pole & base plate, 2 nos. 10 mm dia. G.I. earthing studs welded to pole, hot dipped galvanized, Pole shall be embedded 1200 mm below ground level in all types of soil/rock with 1:2:4 PCC on 150 mm thick 1000 mm square base concrete, upon that depth 1500 mm, 750 mm square base concrete upto ground level & 350 mm dia 300 mm high above ground level around the pole in level, plumb line & plaster finish. Scope also includes treatment of pole with bituminous preservatives for embedded portion for 2 meters from base plate of the pole, including earthing with 2 nos. of 8 SWG G.I. earth wires each 8 M long coiled in 1 M dia at a depth of 1200 mm below ground level complete with soldering/brazing and connection with sockets etc, and as per the instruction of E.I.C.
