Removal of existing damaged floor granite with Cement mortar and debris clearing away from site in all floors etc., the cost including removing, hiring machine charges, neat surface preparation and all convyence of labour charges etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and laying the Unpolished paradiso floor granite 30mm thick factory made machine cutting with Cement mortar 1:3, 30 mm thick using cement slurry mixing with quick setting of 2 hrs initial setting time in all floors including cutting, neatly finishing, curing etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. Size should be as site required and officers directed. *For mortar admixture - make should be in Sikalatex, Cerabond, Fosroc or other equivalent as approved by departmental Engineers.

Providing and filling the tile joint with EPOXY GROUT in in all floor and walls with following specification: Surface preparation including cleaning the joint to be free from dust and loose particles. Providing masking tape on either side of the tile joint edges and providing sealing the tile gap with epoxy tile joint grout and finishing neatly and as directed by the departmental officers. The rate inclusive of cost of materials and labour, etc., complete. *SUITABLE FOR WET SURFACES - Use a quick setting chemical compound with a binding material for special type works. *Make should be in Cerakem, Fosroc or other equivalent as approved by departmental Engineers.

Supply & fixing Heavy duty Cast iron grating lid (600 x 600 mm) cover as required size for drain chamber using required mortar finish with all arrangements etc., and the cost including proper laying, neatly finishing and conveyance of all charges etc., complete as directed by the Federation officers and as per standard specifications.

Supply & fixing Heavy duty SS 304 grade amul trap with lid cover as required size for open drain cover using required fasteners with bolt,nut & screws etc., and the cost including cutting,welding and the edges are neatly finishing etc., complete as directed by the Federation officers and as per standard specifications.

Providing and laying safety measures works like alround barricade brick wall to avoid water entries, mortar packing joints wall coverings, saftey barricade provisions, utility pvc pipes and any other emergency needs for temporary arrangements if any etc.,complete.

GST (Note: The tenderer should quote the total amount towards Goods and Service tax (GST) in the appropriate columns in terms of percentage (%). If not quoted, it will be considered that the rate quoted is inclusive of GST.)
