CHILLER SYSTEM Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of screw type chilled water pacakged refrigerant machine complete with screw compressor operated on 415 +- 10% volts, 3 phase, 50 Hz. AC supply: water cooled condenser, vibration, isolators, integral refrigerant piping and wiring, all required accessories, automatic & safety controls, unit mounted advanced microprocessor based control panel and BMS compitable. The machine must unload till 25% even at constant condenser water entering temperature of 90 Deg.F. The chilling machine shall be ASHRAE 90.1.2013 Compliant for performance. The scope of work shall also include Lifting, shifting & positioning of chiller at location shown on drawing. Compressor rotor screw type, semi hermatic complete with factory fitted unit mounted VFD with harmonic filters to supress THDi and THDv to less than 5%, safety switches, forced feed lubricaiton system etc. as per specifications. The COP should be as per ECBC. 1 no. matching shell and tube water cooled condenser and integrally finned copper tubes. Chiller shell should be ASME certified. 1 lot - refrigerant piping fittings, valves and accessoires to inter connect compressor, condenser, chillers and expansion valve etc. 1 set - Microprocessor based control panel with coloured graphical display complete with accessories as per specifications. Controls shall be suitable for hookup to BMS with Bacnet/Modbus as per specifications. Supply, Unloading,Shifting & Installation of screw type VFD operated water chilling machines completely factory packaged including evaporator, condenser, sub-cooler, compressor, motor, lubrication system, flow switches, microprocessor based control panel, all interconnecting refrigerant piping and wiring, initial charge of oil and refrigerant R-134a/R-407c complete in all respects and duly painted in approved colour, complete in all respects as per specifications and drawings. Lot - Refrigerant line accessories comprising of safety valves, angle valves, liquid line indications, liquid level control etc. Lot - Frame work for monting the above condenser, chiller compressor and motor with base plate complete with antivibrations pads/springs. Lot - initial/first charge of refrigerant gas 134A and compressor oil duly charged at factory itself. PUMPING SYSTEM. CHILLED WATER CIRCULATION PRIMARY PUMP. Supply, Installation, testing & commissioning of Variable Primary Chilled Water pumps as per specification including all accessories as specified and as required Horizontal End Suction, Centrifugal single stage, foot mounted volute type radial split casing,top discharge with back pull out design primary chilled water pumps set complete with, CI casing, Bronze impeller, SS shaft, mechanical seals and close coupled with sub shaft arrangement with electric motor for re-circulation of chilled water. The pump motor shall be TEFC squirrel cage induction motor having efficiency class IE3 (as per IS 12615) with class 'F' insulation, 1500 RPM synchronous speed, operating on 415 V +/- 10%, 3 phase, 50 Hz AC supply. The motor shall be non- overloading type. Pumps will be with performance characteristics as given below. The pump and motor shall be mounted on a common base plate. All external and exposed cast iron parts of pumps should have an epoxy-based coating made in a cathodic electro-deposition (CED) process. VARIABLE AHU COIL PUMPS The pumps shall be compact, single stage, in-line suction and discharge ports of identical diameter with integrated differential pressure sensor and temperature sensor at casing. Pump shall be fitted with a 1-phase, synchronous, permanent-magnet motor. Motor shall Include a frequency converter and PI controller in the motor terminal box. The circulator pump shall be energy-optimised and comply with the EuP Directive (Commission Regulation (EC) No 641/2009), the average energy efficiency index (EEI) shall less than or equal to 0.18. EEI to be obtained according to EN 16297. Pump Casing shall be EN 1561 EN-GJL-250 Grey Cast Iron and capable of withstanding to the maximum pressure developed by the pump. Pump housing and pump head shall be of Cathodic electrocoated (epoxy) process.The impeller shall be polyether sulfone composite (PES) to obtain the optimum hydraulic efficiency and energy efficiency.Motor shall be with IP 44 enclosure and shall be suitable for operation on 200-240 V (± 10% variation), 50Hz ± 5%, 1 phase AC supply. Pumps shall have an integrated frequency convertor and a PI controller incorporated within the motor terminal box. Integrated controller shall be supplied with TFT (Thin Film Transistor) interface for controlling and display of pump info. Pump integrated controller should perform the following control modes. 1.
